URGENT NOTICE 🚨.
We treat all our customers with utmost respect, clarity, patience, and dignity.
We are grateful for the trust you've been putting in us, even though we're a fairly new business, we cherish the relationships we're building with our returning customers and are excited to continue serving you. 👏🏾
With that being said, we'll also like to touch on another topic very quick and briely.
There are a few "entitled" people out there who think that they can disrespect our employees when they go out to deliver items, even when they speak via phone calls.
We will not be accepting any form of disrespect from anyone towards our staff. Our business is nothing without our members, we are all a family here. Anyone engaging in this type of behaviour will be blocked and blacklisted.
Yes we're a small business but we need to nip this in the bud, we will not be accepting this behavior from anyone whatsoever.
If you have a dirty attitude, family or life issues, you need to deal with it on your own. Do not shout at, curse, or disrespect any of our staff members in any form or fashion, or we promise you will be exposed for the public to see the negative character you are.
We have taken it upon ourselves to allow our employees to hang up on disrespectful callers, and refuse to deliver to uncivilized humans.
We believe that by working together, we can foster a culture of respect, kindness, and mutual understanding, we appreciate your cooperation in treating our staff with the dignity and respect they deserve.
