Just a random tip, anything you have of importantance please have multiple backups wether it be backed up to a cloud storage or flashdrive (or both), anything can happen at any time so have backups!!

Client computer was completely gone through but harddrive was still intact and had important information on it still,so a data retrieval was needed so she can continue working on her thesis

Re did a client's machine as the hard drive was failing and noticed that they only had 2 gb of ram to run windows 10. Client didn't have the budget rn to upgrade the ram at this moment. For windows 10 to run smoothly as a normal user you should have atleast 6gb and up
