DTCO Transform to OAO in 2020

DTCO於2020年轉型為開放式自治組織(OAO, Open Autonomous Organization)，旗下所有事業部、區塊鏈產品與專利技術分拆獨立，成立社群自治工作組織，公司母體將專注於創新研究開發。

一、公司資產通證化(Tokenize)，所有產品、數據與專利技術通證化，以 ERC20 為通證標準。

二、團隊薪酬獎勵代幣化，合作夥伴與社群生態優先獲取。

DTCO 很榮幸受邀工研院「台灣科技服務新生態創新」論壇，並且在年度專刊《創生態：科技加值 服務匯流》內容分享區塊鏈於蘭嶼應用的範例。

服務業就業人數佔全國總就業量59.4%，但平均薪資卻與工業平均薪資差額接近一萬元。服務業吸引高科技人才與研發投入的動能不足，也是服務產業亟需突破的關鍵。

李亞鑫執行長認為，區塊鏈科技正是強調 Empower People, Empower every individuals. 區塊鏈的科技賦能正是城鄉發展與廣大服務業所缺乏的。透過區塊鏈去中心化新科技的力量，服務產業將有機會突破現況，不論是普惠金融，還是促進數據分享，社會安全隱私的保護，區塊鏈可以提供很好的解方。
