今天很榮幸受邀參加 Startup Island TAIWAN - Tokyo Hub (SIT) 的 Housewarming Party 🎉

SIT 一直是我們公司發展的重要合作夥伴，首先要感謝 SIT 的邀請，也恭喜 Tokyo Hub 喬遷新址！🏠✨

活動由 Tokyo Hub Director Jerry Weng 開場，接著由國家發展委員會葉俊顯主委致詞。他也分享了 SIT 與阪急阪神不動産簽署合作備忘錄的消息，推動台灣與關西新創交流與相互支援。很高興看到更多日本不同地區的新創生態系開始連結，也期待未來有更多交流與合作機會。

此外，也很期待聽到 Crescendo Lab（漸強實驗室）創辦人 Jin Hsueh 分享拓展日本市場的經驗與心得。

今天聚集了許多來自新創生態圈的朋友，很開心能與大家交流！期待日後在 SIT Tokyo Hub 或其他活動再次見面 🤝

SITは、当社の日本での事業展開において、これまでも大切なパートナーの一つです。この度はご招待いただき、誠にありがとうございました。そして、Tokyo Hubの新拠点へのご移転、おめでとうございます！🏠✨

イベントでは、Tokyo Hub ディレクターの Jerry Weng さんによるご挨拶から始まり、続いて国家発展委員会の葉俊顕主任委員よりご挨拶がありました。

その中で、SITと阪急阪神不動産株式会社が、台湾と関西のスタートアップ間の相互支援や交流促進を目的としたMOUを締結したことについても紹介されました。

日本各地のスタートアップエコシステムがつながり、交流の輪がさらに広がっていくことを嬉しく思います。今後、より多くの交流やコラボレーションの機会につながることを期待しています。

また、Crescendo Labの創設者である Jin Hsueh さんから、日本市場への事業展開についての経験や知見を伺うことができ、とても興味深い時間でした。

本日は、スタートアップエコシステムに関わる多くの皆さまと交流することができ、とても嬉しかったです！今後もSIT Tokyo Hubやさまざまなイベントで、また皆さまとお会いできることを楽しみにしています🤝

It was a great pleasure to be invited to the Startup Island TAIWAN (SIT) Tokyo Hub Housewarming Party 🎉

SIT has always been an important partner in our company’s development. First of all, I would like to thank SIT for the kind invitation and congratulate the Tokyo Hub on its new location! 🏠✨

The event opened with remarks from Jerry Weng, Director of the Tokyo Hub, followed by remarks from Mr. Yeh Chun-Hsien, Minister of the National Development Council (NDC). He also shared the news of SIT’s newly signed MOU with Hankyu Hanshin Properties, which aims to promote mutual support and exchange between startups in Taiwan and the Kansai region.

It was great to see startup ecosystems across different regions of Japan becoming increasingly connected, and I look forward to more opportunities for exchange and collaboration.

We also enjoyed hearing from Jin Hsueh, Founder of Crescendo Lab, who shared his experience and insights on expanding into the Japanese market.

It was wonderful to connect with so many friends from the startup ecosystem today. Looking forward to seeing everyone again at SIT Tokyo Hub and other events! 🤝

週一下午，昕奇雲端舉行了2026 下半年 All Hands Meeting。

活動一開始，由董事長 Frankie 發表演講，再次向全體同仁說明公司未來的方向與目標。

2026下半年，我們將持續朝著 「從 Wild Growth 邁向 Wise Growth」 的方向前進，並聚焦 Defense、Restart New、AI First、M&A 四大策略，期望將上半年累積的成果，轉化為更穩健且永續的成長。

演講中另一個令人印象深刻的環節，是 Frankie 邀請大家親口向平時一起工作的夥伴說一句感謝。透過同事之間真誠的肯定，不僅提升了彼此的自我認同感，也讓我們明白，每一天的努力、每一份付出，其實都有人看見、有人感謝。這份互相欣賞與支持的力量，也讓我們更有信心攜手迎接下半年的挑戰。🤝

7/13 GCS 2026 2H All Hands Meeting 💡

On Monday afternoon, GrandTech Cloud Services (GCS) held our 2026 Second Half All Hands Meeting.

The meeting opened with a keynote speech from CEO, Frankie, who once again outlined the company’s future direction and goals to all employees.

In the second half of 2026, we will continue our journey from "Wild Growth" to "Wise Growth," focusing on four key priorities: Defense, Restart New, AI First, and M&A. Building on the achievements of the first half, our goal is to drive more sustainable and resilient growth.

One of the most memorable moments was when Frankie invited everyone to personally thank a colleague they work with every day. Hearing sincere words of appreciation from teammates reminded us that our daily efforts are seen and valued. This culture of recognition not only strengthens our confidence but also inspires us to continue supporting one another as One Team. 🤝

We also welcomed our new colleagues, whose fresh perspectives and talents will further strengthen GrandTech and our team.

To wrap up the event, everyone teamed up for a puzzle-solving challenge. 🧠💭

It was a fun opportunity to think creatively, collaborate, and build stronger connections across teams.

Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, let's continue embracing the One Team spirit, supporting one another, and creating even greater achievements together!

7/13 GCS 2026年下半期 All Hands Meeting 💡

月曜日の午後、GrandTech Cloud Services (GCS)では2026年下半期 All Hands Meetingを開催しました。

冒頭では、CEOのフランキーより、会社の今後の方向性と目標について改めて共有がありました。

2026年下半期も「Wild GrowthからWise Growthへ」をテーマに、「Defense・Restart New・AI First・M&A」の4つの重点戦略を軸として、上半期の成果をより持続的で着実な成長へとつなげていきます。

特に印象に残ったのは、フランキーが「普段一緒に働く仲間へ、直接『ありがとう』を伝えよう」と呼びかけた場面です。仲間からの率直な感謝の言葉を受けることで、自分の仕事や日々の努力が誰かに届いていることを実感でき、お互いを認め合うことの大切さを改めて感じました。🤝

その後は新しく加わったメンバーの紹介も行われ、新たな仲間を迎え、チームの力がさらに広がることを期待しています。

最後はチーム対抗の謎解きゲームに挑戦！🧠💭

協力しながら頭をフル回転させ、交流も深まる楽しい締めくくりとなりました。

2026年下半期もOne Teamの精神を大切にしながら、互いに支え合い、新たな挑戦を続け、より大きな成果を創り上げていきます！

After two years, GrandTech Cloud Services (GCS) is back at IVS Kyoto. We're excited to return to one of Asia's most vibrant startup events.

Over the past three days, we joined not only the main conference but also a variety of side events, meeting inspiring startups, investors, and partners from Japan and around the world. Every conversation brought new insights and meaningful connections.

A special thank you to Headline Japan for inviting us to the side event co-hosted by Headline Japan, AppWorks, and Z Venture Capital. It was a great opportunity to strengthen our connections with the East Asian startup ecosystem. 🤝

On Day 3, we were also honored to participate in the IVS Global Ecosystem Gathering and introduce GCS during the Community Pitch Session. As an overseas company committed to the Japanese market, we look forward to continuing to engage with Japan's startup community and creating more opportunities for collaboration.

We wish IVS Kyoto continued success and look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

この3日間、メイン会場だけでなく、さまざまなサイトイベントにも参加し、日本国内外のスタートアップ、投資家、パートナー企業の皆さまと多くの新しい出会いがありました。すべての交流が私たちにとって貴重な経験となりました。

昕奇雲端全員交流日

今天下午， #昕奇雲端 的同事們暫時放下工作，拿起球桿，展開一場桌球及撞球團體對抗賽 🏓🎱

活動開始前，人資團隊先為新夥伴安排新人教育訓練，董事長許承強 Frankie Hsu 也親自分享創業歷程與公司願景，讓大家更了解昕奇雲端一路走來的故事。

接著就是比賽時間！除了享受運動的樂趣，也讓不同部門的同事有機會互相認識、交流互動。

比賽結束後，大家再一起享用晚餐，為這個充滿活力的下午畫下完美句點。

在快速成長的團隊裡，我們相信企業文化不只是寫在簡報裡的價值觀，更是透過每一次分享、合作與交流，逐漸累積而成的共同語言。

This afternoon, the team took a break from their daily work, picked up their cues, and enjoyed a friendly table tennis and billiards team tournament 🏓🎱

Before the games began, our HR team hosted an onboarding session for new team members.

In addition, our Chairman, Frankie Hsu, personally shared the company's founding story and vision, giving everyone a deeper understanding of GCS's journey and growth.

Then it was time for the competition! Beyond the fun of sports, the event also provided a great opportunity for colleagues from different departments to connect and get to know one another.

After the tournament, everyone gathered for dinner, bringing an energetic and memorable afternoon to a perfect close.

As our team continues to grow, we believe that company culture is more than just values written on presentation slides—it is a shared language built through every conversation, collaboration, and connection.

本日の午後、GCSのメンバーはひと休みして仕事の手を止め、キューを手に取って、卓球・ビリヤードのチーム対抗戦を楽しみました 🏓🎱

イベント開始前には、人事チームが新しく入社したメンバー向けにオリエンテーションを実施。

また、代表取締役の許承強が自ら創業の経緯や会社のビジョンを共有し、GCSのこれまでの歩みについて紹介しました。

その後はいよいよ対抗戦！スポーツを楽しみながら、普段あまり接点のない部署同士でも交流を深める良い機会となりました。

試合後は全員で夕食を囲み、笑顔あふれる充実した午後を締めくくりました。

成長を続ける組織だからこそ、企業文化は単なるスライド上の価値観ではなく、一人ひとりの対話や協力、交流を通じて育まれる共通言語だと私たちは考えています。
