iCana Shaping the 5G Revolution: Semiconductor Components and Integrated Chips for 5G Wireless Telecom Inf

5G promises very high-speed data transfer rates, much lower latency, and greater capability to handle massive numbers of devices. Network providers are required to build wireless infrastructures that are able to meet these requirements at a low cost. At the RF component level, iCana strives to develop MMICs that offer wide bandwidth, high power efficiency, and high linearity, providing engineers w

ith design flexibility. In addition, we offer highly integrated and efficient front-end modules that help reduce system size and design complexity, accelerating time to market and lowering both cost of system and operation. At sub-6 GHz bands, iCana is developing Power Amplifiers (PA), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA), Switches, and Front-End Modules (FEM) at different frequency bands. At mmWave bands, iCana is developing Beam Formers (BFICs) and Front-End modules (FEM) including amplifiers, low noise amplifier and switch at different frequency bands.

IMS 2026 has officially wrapped up earlier this month, and we’d like to thank everyone who stopped by the iCana booth in Boston!

This year, we showcased a live demo featuring iCana’s latest high-efficiency 2W PA, the ICASP3540-20A, together with the TI AMC7908 controller IC. The demonstration highlighted how the combined PA and controller solution delivers excellent performance in a cost-effective and easy-to-use design.
Special thanks to the TI team for their collaboration and support throughout the project.

We are thrilled to announce that iCana will be exhibiting at in Boston! 🚀

e are excited to return to the show and share our latest communications IC innovations. Join us at booth 12046 in the Thomas M. Menino Convention Center in Boston for a live demo of our newest high-efficiency Power Amplifier (PA), designed for wireless infrastructure, as well as a new reference design that includes our PA and on-board controller from Texas Instruments.

In addition to the live demo, we will be showing off other products and ongoing developments across multiple applications, including wireless infrastructure, drone communications, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

After three incredible days, the XPONENTIAL 2026 show in Detroit has come to a close! We want to thank everyone who stopped by our booth and spoke with us. We value every interaction.

It was inspiring to see the many diverse exhibits, including land, air, and sea UxVs, and every imaginable component, including propellers, engines, radio modules, and even power amplifiers ICs from iCana!

In case you missed it, we were showing off our newest very-wide-bandwidth Power Amplifier (PA), the ICADP3251-8, in a live demo, where we demonstrated its frequency hopping capability from 3.2 GHz to 5.1 GHz.

But this is just the start. We are planning to introduce even more dedicated drone communication ICs throughout the year. Watch for product announcements and updates on our website.
