I try to post high-value technical content, but let’s be real—everyone just wants to watch the flashy stuff. 📉

So here is the most valuable piece of advice I can give you: Success creates bias.

People will tell you what they have to say to sell their current product (just like an electric car salesman).
If you want to replicate their success, you have to ignore their words.

❌ Do not copy what they do today.
✅ Copy what they did when they were at YOUR stage.

If you are starting, look at their first year. Look at the grind. Look at the "boring" stuff they did before they became famous.

Reverse engineer the beginning, not the end.

Stop building "nice-to-have" apps.
🛑 Sell the Cure. 💊

If you want to charge $10k instead of $500, you need to understand one basic rule of economics: Elasticity of Demand.

Here is the difference:
❌ The Vitamin: A tool that optimizes code by 1%. People buy it if it’s cheap. If the price goes up, they walk away.

✅ The Cure: A solution for a crashed production server. The client is losing money every second. They are in pain.
When the pain is high enough, price becomes irrelevant.

If you have the "cure for cancer" (or a broken e-commerce store), you don't compete on price. You dictate the terms.

Stop trying to be "better." Start looking for "bleeding necks." Find a problem so painful that they have to pay you.

That is how you win the game.

If you position yourself as a "React Developer" or "Python Coder," you are a commodity. You are competing with thousands of others, and the only differentiator is price.

The Solution: Find a Niche.

When you become the expert who solves a specific, painful problem for a specific industry, you are no longer an employee. You are a "Godsend."

The 3-Step Process:

1️⃣ Identify Industry Knowledge: Look at your hobbies, family background, or past jobs. What do you know better than the average dev?
2️⃣ Find Urgent Problems: What keeps business owners in that industry awake at night?
3️⃣ Check Market Health: Is the industry growing? Is there money circulating?

Stop applying through the front door with everyone else. Build a niche and enter through the back door. 🚪
