There are several myths associated with the city of Chernivtsi.

The first myth suggests that Chernivtsi is the coldest city in Ukraine, which is untrue as it falls under the temperate continental climate zone, experiencing average temperatures throughout the year. While it may be cooler in winter, it is not significantly colder than other cities in the country.

The second myth connects the name of the city to the black sheep. According to the legend, Chernivtsi was once a trading post for sheep, and the arrival of beautiful black sheep from the area known as "Black Will" piqued the interest of local merchants. They began referring to the sheep as "Chornivtsi," Over time, the trading post's name and the region evolved into "Chernivtsy". However, the story remains a myth, and the true origin of the city's name remains unknown.

Another myth involves a missing golden treasure, which disappeared from Chernivtsi without a trace. Despite numerous searches, evidence of the treasure has yet to be found.

Finally, there is a myth of a "ghost town" in Chernivtsi, a polluted area where ghosts and other supernatural entities are said to roam. However, there is no evidence to support this legend….👻

Outsourcing Staff in Retail IT: Zanemoon and Codifire experience

Retail companies are increasingly relying on technology to give customers a flawless shopping experience. Keeping up with the most recent IT developments can take time and effort for retailers due to the quick speed of technological change. As a result, many companies are using outsourcing to handle their IT requirements.

Retail businesses can save money, gain access to specialized knowledge, and boost flexibility by outsourcing their IT employees.

Zanemoon provides outstaffing process services in cooperation with its partner Codifire. Zanemoon obtains information about the project, the client, and their problem, to supply a solution. Codifire, then searches for the ideal candidate based on the client's vacancy requirements and qualifications.

Of course, personnel outsourcing in retail IT has advantages and drawbacks.

Let's examine the advantages it can provide.

First of all, it is budget savings. Outsourcing IT workers can be a profitable choice for retail organizations because it terminates the need for internal personnel and lowers overhead costs related to hiring, training, and benefits.

Secondly, outsourcing gives you access to specialized knowledge that may be absent internally. Data analytics, cybersecurity, and specialized software or hardware knowledge are examples of this skill.

Thirdly, it is, obviously, the higher level of adaptability. With outsourcing, retail companies can scale up or down their IT operations in response to business demands and market needs. This can be extremely helpful when introducing new goods or services or at periods of peak sales.

But, despite the evident supremacy, outsourcing also has a unique set of dangers, including possible security weaknesses and a loss of control. Here is some advice on organizing staff outsourcing to avoid common mistakes and make it as productive as possible.

Establish clear communication channels and set your expectations clearly. It is necessary to ensure that the outsourcing partner can meet your needs.

Make the right choice. You must thoroughly investigate prospective outsourcing partners to ensure they possess the knowledge and experience to meet your needs. Check references, look at prior work, and double-check certifications and credentials.

Define clear lines of communication. You must be sure that the outsourcing partner understands your expectations and goals by setting up clear lines of communication. Regular check-ins and progress updates are part of this to ensure the relationship is moving forward.

Regular monitoring. To ensure that your outsourcing partner is living up to expectations. Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions are part of this to resolve any problems or worries.

As you can see, outsourcing workers in retail IT can have many advantages, such as financial savings, more flexibility, and access to specialized knowledge. Nevertheless, to avoid possible risks, including potential security flaws and a loss of control, you must create clear lines of communication, identify the best outsourcing partner, define clear expectations, and monitor performance to guarantee a successful outsourcing agreement. By adhering to these best practices, you can benefit from outsourcing partners' experience and remain competitive in the quickly changing retail IT industry.

Taras Shevchenko may not be an obvious figure to discuss in the context of an IT company, but his impact on Ukrainian culture and identity is worth noting. Shevchenko was not only a poet and writer but also an artist and thinker who challenged social and political norms of his time.In the world of technology, innovation often requires challenging established norms and thinking outside the box. Shevchenko's creativity and willingness to break with tradition can serve as an inspiration for IT professionals who seek to push the boundaries of what is possible.Furthermore, Shevchenko's commitment to social justice and equality can also be applied to the tech industry. As technology continues to shape society and affect people's lives, it is important to consider the ethical implications of our work and strive to make a positive impact. In summary, while Taras Shevchenko may not have been a programmer or engineer, his legacy of creativity, innovation, and social consciousness can still provide valuable lessons for those in the IT industry.
