January turned out to be cold, dark, and long. The kind that makes you crave warmth, light, and for everything to work without extra effort. We felt that at Uspacy, too — and instead of pausing, we did what we do best. So we’re sharing the January product updates digest — as another way to add a bit of warmth to everyday work.

Real-time task comments are the first step toward a broader direction of making the product truly “come alive,” without requiring a page refresh. Comments in tasks now update dynamically and appear instantly as they’re added — similar to a live conversation rather than a static page. Other Uspacy entities are next.

Task checklists in Conditional Actions allow you to configure their automatic creation, giving this tool even more flexibility.

Custom task fields in Conditional Actions can now be used as triggers or within automation actions, making it possible to build unique business processes that are fully tailored to the specifics of your work.

The ability to add any entity fields to forms is a long-awaited update to the Marketing section! You can now add not only text fields to a form, but also fields of any other type: tags, lists, monetary amounts, dates, numbers, and more.

Preset field values for forms allow you to add hidden fields with predefined values. This is especially useful for automatically tagging pages where a form is embedded, capturing registration events, lead sources, and other parameters that need to be saved without user intervention.

Smart Objects in the mobile app open access to your custom entities. You can now view, edit, and create Smart Object records directly from your smartphone, which is especially important for companies with non-standard business processes.

The CRM filters update in the mobile app is a major improvement for working with data on mobile devices. Their functionality has been expanded: you can now select any entity fields for filtering and use saved filters from the web version. Working with CRM on the go becomes just as powerful as in the office.

We also fixed an issue with opening links in the mobile app. Now, links to Uspacy entities open the mobile app to the relevant page, ensuring smooth navigation between sources.

The end of the year is a time for summaries and planning. Still, at Uspacy, we don’t put the product on pause: the team continues to release updates, polish details, and lay the foundation for a compelling year ahead.

Quick replies for external channels are an effective way to save time when answering common inquiries. Create templates for frequently used responses and apply them with a single click across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and the website widget.

We fixed an issue with linking multiple external-channel chats to a single lead. The system now correctly handles cases where a customer contacts you through various channels, keeping the entire communication history in one place.

Advanced task filters take flexibility to a whole new level! You can now use a wide range of matching operators: equals, does not equal, is filled, is not filled, contains, does not contain, and more. You can also group fields and define custom logical operators (AND / OR) between them, enabling highly complex and precise task selections.

Task filter updates in the mobile app are an essential step toward feature parity between the mobile and web versions of Uspacy. The mobile app now supports custom fields and saved filters from the browser, enabling you to manage tasks efficiently on the go.

A new filter by custom fields in Products lets you filter items not only by standard parameters but also by any fields you’ve created — handy for specific attributes of your product catalog.

Custom task fields are now available in analytics reports, enabling deeper analysis of team performance based on key parameters.

Support for selecting report currency in analytics is an essential update for global companies and businesses operating with multiple currencies.

Improved migrations from Pipedrive, Bitrix24, Kommo, and AmoCRM represent major work on reliability and speed when switching to Uspacy. Data transfers from these CRM systems are now more stable, faster, and more comprehensive, ensuring a smooth migration with no data loss.

You can now change the mobile app's language directly in its settings, independent of the device’s system language.

And finally, dynamic background colors based on the workspace color theme — an elegant design detail that makes working with Uspacy even more personalized. The background now adapts to your chosen color theme to match your preferences and mood.

Three weeks ago, we celebrated 1,000 days since the launch of Uspacy and unveiled radical product changes. Our team has already begun implementing them — but that’s far from everything we released in November.

The new Workspace Home — an AI-powered dashboard — completely reinvents the start of your workday!
Now, when you open Uspacy, you immediately see a summary of everything planned for today: tasks, deals, leads, and activities. The system also displays upcoming events separately and provides smart, non-obvious suggestions to improve your workflow. Everything is designed to keep your focus on what matters most and help you begin the day as productively as possible.

You’ve probably already noticed Uspacy’s updated design. The gradient background, sleek "glass" elements, and numerous thoughtful details revitalize the appearance of your workspace, rendering it more contemporary and fashionable.

The updated mobile app is a key part of Uspacy’s evolution. The new home screen with key actions and the redesigned interface now create a consistent user experience across all devices.

The Requests Log is a powerful tool for administrators and support managers. It now provides a full list of all customer chats, showing who is responsible for each conversation, which channel the customer used, and allows instant access to the chat for quick follow-up.

Custom fields in Task filters now allow you to filter not only by standard parameters but by any fields you’ve created — making task search incredibly flexible.

Analytics using UTM tags are a long-awaited feature for marketers and sales leaders!
You can now generate detailed reports on ad campaign performance using UTM tags coming in with new leads. This gives you a precise understanding of each channel’s effectiveness and helps optimize marketing spend.

Correct calculation of deal and lead totals in Kanban columns when filters are applied ensures that your analytics are accurate. The totals now fully reflect filtered data, giving a clear picture of funnel potential at every stage.

Uploading photos and company logos — a visual enhancement that makes working with CRM more personal and intuitive. Add contact pictures or company logos and navigate your database faster.

Filtering by ID (record number) is especially useful for large databases. You can now select ranges such as “first 1000 contacts” or “the third ten-thousand leads,” which is invaluable for growth analytics or bulk operations.

We also significantly improved CRM export for companies with large datasets. Now, users can export even huge client bases without issues, limits, or failures, ensuring data availability for analysis, backup, or migration.

AI stopped being just a “question-answer machine” long ago. Today, Agentic AI is taking the lead — a new evolution in which artificial intelligence doesn’t wait for instructions but completes work autonomously.

This approach is changing how teams operate. If earlier we manually launched processes, gathered data, created reports, searched for anomalies, and controlled every tiny step, now these cycles can be handled by a digital colleague. Not a chatbot. Not an assistant. A true colleague — with a plan, a goal, and access to tools.

Agentic AI receives a task and builds its own route: collects the needed information, analyzes it, plans next steps, checks itself, adjusts actions, and reaches the outcome. This is no longer prompting — it’s collaboration at the level of “set the goal, receive the completed work.”

Such agents work with data, tools, communication channels, and business processes. They can update CRM statuses, prepare reports, check conversions, identify bottlenecks, and automatically suggest solutions. And the key is the continuous cycle: action → verification → self-correction.

When such a “digital coworker” appears in a team, not only does speed change, but the entire work structure does as well. Routine steps disappear, and people focus on strategic decisions, creativity, and business growth. And this isn’t a distant future — this paradigm is already becoming the standard for companies working with data, sales, customer processes, and operations.

A few days ago, we introduced the market to Uspacy’s new development concept — along with the updates our users will soon experience.

From now on, the priority is focus and concentration on processes, rather than routine operations that distract, consume time, and scatter attention. Almost all existing entities and features remain and will continue to evolve, but we are changing the core interaction scenarios with our product. Uspacy now guides users toward key actions and activities, highlights what’s not immediately obvious, and suggests what should be done in specific situations.

Uspacy also has a new homepage fully aligned with this concept. It greets users based on context and displays the tasks that should be completed first.

A new activities block displays everything related to the workday: missed calls, leads requiring attention, comments on tasks or posts that need a response, and tasks that must be completed today.

Next to it is the essential items block, essentially a schedule containing all key events for today and the upcoming days.

We also highlight significant company dates, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and corporate holidays.

A completely new feature in Uspacy is insights. From now on, AI can identify and surface things that aren’t immediately obvious — for example, pinpointing customer segments, detecting unnecessary stages in the sales pipeline, highlighting lost communication with a promising client, or uncovering a deal that is stuck for unclear reasons.

Equally important, we are fully updating the design of the product interfaces. Uspacy’s look has always been positively received — friendly and intuitive — but we want to remain modern and relevant, so we began refreshing our visual approach.

The notifications block in the upper-right corner has also been redesigned. We’re merging messages from different channels under one button and adding an icon for your work assistant.

We’re also updating the mobile app. Both the main screen and the overall design are changing. Additionally, a button will be available to activate the voice assistant, which can instantly recognize your speech and create a lead or task on the fly.

Of course, these changes cannot be implemented instantly or even within just a few months. This is a long and complex journey that we will go through together with our users and partners.

Today, the Uspacy team celebrates 1,000 days since the launch of our product.

In the darkness of blackouts and under the sound of air raid sirens, we created a new online service — driven by faith in the strength of Ukrainian entrepreneurship.
Over the past 1,000 days, we’ve evolved from the initial version of the product to a robust solution used daily by thousands of companies worldwide. We’ve developed a tool that has become an integral part of business management, transforming everyday work.

Thousands of clients use Uspacy every day — among them are Diia.City, Made in Ukraine, AIN, Optima Hotels & Resorts, Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation, UnitB, Weblium, Dobrobat, Revisior, Spell, SYNERGY, Flagma, and many other organizations.

But for us, this is only the beginning.

We’ve reimagined how people interact with business tools. We’ve realized that every notification, message, and decision matters. We have come to understand that the foundation of success lies in staying focused on what truly matters.

Last week, our Dmytro and Spartak took part in the TechChill Kyiv conference, which brought together several hundred Ukrainian startup entrepreneurs.

TechChill is one of the most renowned European events, held annually in Riga. But this time, the Baltic crew landed in the Ukrainian capital — and it was amazing!

The Uspacy team was selected to participate in TechChill Kyiv and is also automatically qualified for the event in Riga, which will take place at the end of March next year. Automatic user mentions when replying to comments — a small but super handy improvement! When you respond to someone’s comment, Uspacy automatically mentions the author so they get a notification and never miss your response.

AI-powered comment summaries — your smart assistant for instant context. In tasks and the news feed, you can now generate a concise summary of all discussions with a single click. Instead of reading through dozens of comments, get the essence in seconds.

You can now display custom task fields in table view, making it easier than ever to sort, organize, and manage large sets of tasks tailored to your business specifics.

This autumn, we’ve also made significant progress with migrations from other products! The Bitrix24 migration wizard has been significantly improved, and we’ve added the ability to import tasks and project data from Trello.
