More than twenty — and we’re not talking about the temperature (though that would be nice in the middle of summer). We’re talking about the number of new features and improvements Uspacy released in July. From small quality enhancements to major upgrades, here’s everything that’s new.

Many of you have been waiting for reminders for Activities and Task deadlines. Now you can choose how far in advance you’d like to be notified and where you’d like to receive the reminder — in your Uspacy workspace or by email. No more forgotten meetings or missed deadlines.

We’ve also expanded the information available for Activities. You can now see who completed an activity and when, as well as who completed it first and when. In addition, we’ve added more places where you can quickly copy a link to an activity.

This month, we’ve significantly optimized the Task Board. Dragging cards, switching between columns, and loading Kanban boards are now faster and smoother than ever.

The new document generation engine in Processes and Conditional Actions makes it possible to fully automate document creation from templates. Contracts, invoices, acceptance certificates, and other documents can now be generated automatically when specific conditions are met or at a particular stage of a process.

Communication channels in the Website Widget now support Telegram, Viber, and Instagram. Visitors can instantly continue the conversation in their preferred messenger, while your team still receives and manages the chat inside Uspacy.

You can now connect multiple accounts from the same telephony provider simultaneously. Whether you’re using Ringostat, Kyivstar, Unitalk, or another supported provider, you can connect multiple accounts at once — perfect for companies with multiple branches, brands, or departments.

We’ve also updated the lifecell telephony integration, allowing lifecell customers to fully integrate their calls with Uspacy CRM. On top of that, new Call Analytics reports provide detailed insights into call volumes, durations, distribution across employees, and other key telephony metrics directly within the Analytics section.

We’ve significantly expanded our payment capabilities with integrations for LiqPay, Portmone, WayForPay, RozetkaPay, and Stripe. You can now generate payment links and track payment statuses using your preferred payment provider.

Signing in with Google is now available. Log in to Uspacy with a single click using your Google account — no need to remember yet another password. Fast, secure, and familiar.

User activity statuses have been added, making it easy to see which teammates are currently online and available for communication.

You can now mark all chats as read with a single click, instantly clearing your unread counter and helping you start the day with a clean slate.

Workspace administrators can now moderate all email inboxes within the workspace, making it easier to assist colleagues with email configuration while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

A new Activities filter in Leads lets you filter leads based on the presence and parameters of scheduled activities, making it easier to organize follow-ups and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Products can now be added to Leads, Deals, and Smart Objects immediately during record creation, without having to save the record first. We’ve also introduced partial name search when adding products, making it much faster to find the right item.

The new filter panel in the Requests Log makes searching, filtering, and analyzing customer requests more convenient and intuitive.

Chat Notes are now available. You can add internal notes to any customer conversation, helping you and your colleagues capture important context, agreements, and customer-specific details without exposing them to the customer.

Comment drafts are now automatically saved for Tasks and News Feed posts, protecting your work from accidental loss.

Finally, administrators can now manually trigger reindexing whenever needed — a feature your Uspacy admins will certainly appreciate.

All July updates are now available. Enjoy the new features, build even better business processes, and stay focused on what matters most.

Meteorologists are talking about record-breaking heat in Ukraine. But what do they know about records if they haven’t yet seen Uspacy’s massive list of the hottest updates released in June?

This month, we introduced two new apps in the Uspacy Marketplace: Aircall integration and TikTok Lead Forms. These new solutions are designed for companies operating in international markets and using modern platforms to promote their services.

June was especially productive for our analytics tools.

First, we introduced a new Sales Funnel report available in two views. In addition to the traditional Classic Funnel, the new Actual Funnel provides a much deeper understanding of how leads and deals move through the pipeline by distinguishing between “the lead was on the stage” and “the lead skipped the stage.” This gives a much clearer picture of where conversions are being lost and which pipeline stages add no real value while only slowing the process down.

Second, we added analytical reports for chats in External Channels. You can now analyze conversation volume, response times, and other key customer communication metrics across external channels. We also introduced Mail reports and added the ability to reset the Period filter.

On top of that, we significantly improved analytics performance. From now on, every analytics report and dashboard loads at least 10 times faster.

Our flagship features—CRM and Tasks—also received major improvements.

Customizable Kanban cards in both CRM and Tasks now allow you to choose exactly which information is displayed on each card.

We also introduced the ability to duplicate saved filters in CRM and Tasks. Instead of creating a new filter from scratch, you can simply copy an existing one and make the necessary adjustments, saving valuable time.

In addition, we’ve introduced a new Schedule board view for Contacts and Companies. It automatically organizes records into columns based on how soon their scheduled activities are approaching.

We also made significant improvements to the Communication Center.

The website widget now supports a Contact Request Form. Group chats now show exactly who has read each message. Any participant can now invite new people into an existing chat.

When searching within chats, files and links now appear immediately—even before entering a search query—making it much easier to find the document or link you need.

Muted chats are no longer included in the unread message counter, allowing you to focus only on conversations that truly require your attention.

Support for tables when composing messages makes it much easier to share structured information with colleagues.

That’s not all. We also introduced dynamic insertion of the employee’s name as the email sender, the ability to copy a direct link to an email, and filtering emails by sender name. You can now quickly filter conversations by a specific sender, and email processing and read statuses are fully synchronized.

We’ve added access permissions for the Service Requests Log and introduced an option to allow all group members to view tasks.

Processes now support variables and constants in branching logic and filters, while Conditional Actions and Processes now support dynamic parameters in email links.

You can now hide former employees throughout the system.

Additionally, whenever you open a user selection field, your own profile now appears at the top of the list, making data entry faster.

Finally, browser tabs now display the name of the currently opened entity or section, making it much easier to navigate when working with multiple tabs.

To be honest, this month’s list of updates is so extensive that we’ll simply finish with the remaining improvements and fixes.

We’ve improved lead completion logic when required fields are present, preserved the selected number of records per page when resetting filters, removed unnecessary Task notifications, fixed filtering logic in the Products section, corrected the display of top banners (such as subscription expiration reminders and webinar invitations) on tablets, and improved navigation to chats from both full and compact employee profiles—including when the profile is opened on top of a Task or CRM record.

And the best part? Every June update is already available.

Enjoy the new features, build better business processes, and stay focused on what matters most.

During May, we delivered several important updates, refined long-awaited details, and made everyday work in Uspacy a little simpler and more comfortable. As always, we’ve gathered the most notable improvements in one place to show what our team has been working on over the past few weeks.

The headline feature of May is the Facebook Lead Forms integration. Leads from Facebook Lead Forms now flow directly into Uspacy CRM automatically. No third-party integrations required, and your data stays up to date as long as your Facebook ads are running.

The Monobank (plata by mono) integration allows you to create payment links and automatically receive payment statuses. No more waiting for accounting confirmations to find out whether an invoice has been paid.

We introduced Data Tables in analytical reports. You can now view report data in a detailed table format, which is especially useful when precise figures matter more than overall trends. We also added support for average values in reports, allowing you to analyze average order value, average quantities, and other important business metrics.

Uspacy now integrates with JustCall, one of the world’s most popular cloud telephony providers.

Live updates in the Activities section keep schedules and team events synchronized in real time.

The “Typing…” indicator is now available in chats, bringing a familiar messaging experience.

The “Created Date” and “First Response Date” fields in the Tickets Log can now be used to evaluate response times to customer inquiries. In addition, the Tickets Log's filtering and sorting capabilities make it easier to find and analyze requests by different criteria.

Filtering employees by custom fields lets you quickly find colleagues based on additional profile data, making it easier to navigate large teams by skills, specializations, or other attributes.

Quick copying of phone numbers and email addresses is now available in CRM tables, Smart Objects, and the Employees List. One click copies contact details to the clipboard without opening the record.

Mentioning colleagues with “+” in addition to “@” is now supported. This small but useful enhancement gives users more flexibility when mentioning teammates in comments and messages.

Duplicate detection when creating related entities helps maintain clean data. Even when creating a new contact directly from a deal card, Uspacy now checks for duplicates and alerts you if the customer already exists in the database.

New TikTok, Threads, and YouTube labels have been added to Social Network fields, making it easier to store links to these popular platforms. This is especially useful for marketing agencies and companies working with influencers and content creators.

Variables and constants are now available in Processes. This takes complex process automation to a new level, bringing it closer to full-scale programming in a no-code environment.

You can now define and display value codes in List and Tag fields. This means that field options can include not only display values but also IDs/codes, which remain visible and accessible after creation.

All May updates are already available. Enjoy the new capabilities, build better business processes, and stay focused on what matters most!

Today, Ukrainians celebrate Vyshyvanka Day — a celebration of our traditional national clothing. And judging by the wonderful and beautiful people filling the streets of Ukrainian cities, we do it with style and pride!

The Vyshyvanka has deep roots reaching back to pre-Christian times. Archaeologists have discovered ornamented garments in Scythian burial mounds dating from the 4th to the 6th century BC. By the 9th–13th centuries, embroidered clothing had become a symbol of status worn by princes and their courts. The development of weaving and embroidery techniques in the 15th–17th centuries spread throughout modern-day Ukraine. By the 19th century, the vyshyvanka had become part of both everyday and festive life. Then came the Soviet period — it was not officially banned, but it was suppressed, like many expressions of Ukrainian national identity. In recent decades, and especially after 2014, the vyshyvanka has become a powerful symbol of who we are.

For us, it is not just a piece of clothing — a shirt, a dress, or even a T-shirt. It is part of our cultural code. It symbolizes respect for the world, unique self-expression, and national identity. It is also a talisman that has accompanied and protected Ukrainians through centuries and changing empires. And it continues to do so today, in these turbulent times.

Happy Vyshyvanka Day!

April is coming to an end — and it’s the perfect moment to look back and honestly answer: has your work become more convenient and faster? At Uspacy, that’s exactly what we’ve been focused on over the past month.

Do you hear that pleasant notification sound? That means sound notifications for Internal and External chats are now available. So you won’t miss an important message, even when working in another tab or application.

We’ve also introduced notifications for messages from External channels — clients in messengers and social media. You’ll hear them just like internal chat messages, which is critical in both the web version and the Uspacy mobile app.

Another step toward fully “bringing Uspacy to life” — real-time updates in tables and kanban boards when creating CRM entities and Tasks. Now, new records appear instantly right after they are created by you or your colleagues, without the need to refresh the page.

In April, we introduced the ability to add any CRM entity fields to quick replies in External channels. Now, quick reply templates can include not only standard dynamic variables but also any fields from lead, deal, or contact cards.

Dynamic values are now available in filters and branching within Processes. Now you can use not only static values for checking conditions, but also dynamic ones — from previous process steps or related entities.

The ability to allow or restrict process launches by other processes, or to trigger them based on conditional actions, is a fine-tuning feature for complex automations. It prevents accidental cyclic triggers and provides more control over the architecture of business processes.

Details of related entities are now available in Smart Objects for the Document Generator. Now you can pull not only the data of the object itself, but also the details of related entities. This allows you to generate complete documents with all the necessary information.

Administrators can now complete a group of tasks in one click, which is especially useful when closing projects, archiving old tasks, or performing a bulk cleanup of outdated records.

Improved synchronization of recurring events with Google Calendar ensures your schedule is accurate, regardless of where the event was created or modified.

From now on, your Uspacy calendar displays not only the events you created but also the meetings your colleagues have invited you to.

You can now display custom employee profile fields in tables. Moreover, they can also be shown in the short profile view. These updates provide even more convenience in managing your team.

CallsApp telephony users can now flexibly configure the responsible person and the source separately for answered and missed calls, ensuring highly accurate automation of incoming requests.

And finally, a small but pleasant detail — thousand separators for monetary values in reports. Agree, 1,000,000 looks much better than 1000000.

All April updates are already available, so enjoy them, build your company’s processes, and focus on what truly matters!

We usually try to support organizations that bring good into the world. But sometimes we receive special requests that are truly an honor for us to fulfill.

For more than a year now, Фундація Дім Рональда МакДональда in Ukraine has been using Uspacy as its main platform to automate key operational processes — from scheduling visits to family rooms with full tracking of services provided to coordinating teamwork and communication.

We’re glad to be a partner of a foundation that does such important work every day!

March always brings a feeling of change. The days grow longer, the air warms, and with spring comes the energy to refresh, improve, and launch things in new ways. Naturally, spring for the Uspacy team also begins with updates, so we’re sharing what has changed in our product this March.

Processes — the revolutionary business process builder that our clients and partners have been waiting for so long! This is a completely new level of automation in Uspacy with a visual editor, branching based on logical conditions, and many other capabilities.
Now you can build complex, multi-stage business processes of any complexity — from simple sequences of actions to branched scenarios with dozens of conditions and possible outcomes. It is a true no-code automation platform within Uspacy.

Advanced filters in CRM are now available. All CRM entities now support the same powerful filtering capabilities that were previously available in Tasks: various matching operators (equals, not equals, contains, filled, etc.), as well as grouping fields with their own logical AND/OR operators.
Create extremely precise and complex selections of customers, deals, and leads for any analytical or operational needs.

Live updates in CRM are another highly anticipated improvement that completes the “real-time” experience in the key sections of Uspacy. Now all changes appear instantly without the need to refresh the page. If a colleague changes the stage of a deal or updates a client’s contact information, you see it immediately.

Saving the selected number of rows in CRM tables is also now available. From now on, Uspacy remembers how many records you choose to display on a page (20, 50, or 100) and keeps this setting for future sessions.

Color synchronization for activities between Spaces and Google Calendar makes working with calendars even more convenient. Color coding of activities is now synchronized between Uspacy and Google Calendar, allowing you to easily distinguish different event types and maintain a unified organizational system wherever you view your schedule.

We have also added Custom Product Fields for the Document Generator. Now product tables can include not only standard fields but also any additional attributes you create, such as manufacturer SKUs, country of origin, technical specifications, and more.

Multiple modifiers for the Document Generator are a powerful improvement for working with text. Now you can combine several modifiers at once — for example, change the text case and apply grammatical inflection simultaneously. This provides greater flexibility for creating accurate and properly formatted documents.

Dependent fields have been added to CRM filters. When filtering data, the system now correctly considers dependencies between fields and automatically limits the available options based on configured rules. This makes filtering more intuitive and prevents errors when working with complex hierarchical data.

Filtering by “Entity Link” fields in the Tasks section allows you to easily find all tasks related to a specific deal, client, or other entity. This is very convenient for analyzing project work and monitoring the fulfillment of client commitments.

Employee status is another long-awaited feature that helps you understand colleagues’ availability. You can now see whether an employee is currently online or when they were last active. This helps plan communication better and understand when you can expect a quick response from a colleague.

All March updates are already available, so enjoy them, build your company’s processes, and focus on the things that truly matter!
