Today we are not simply remembering history — we are feeling it with every nerve. What once seemed like lines from textbooks has become our shared pain and our shared strength.

On May 8, we honor those who stopped Na**sm in the last century. And today, more than ever before, we understand the true cost of their resolve to stand firm. We have become the generation that once again had to hold up the sky.

We remember the feat of our great-grandfathers. We believe in the feat of today’s Heroes.
We remember. We fight. We will endure 🕊️

Every IT company has its own little legends. For some, it’s the kitchen with the best coffee. For others, it’s that one chair everyone secretly fights over. For us, it was the ping pong table 🏓

It stood there quietly, but the moment someone picked up a paddle, a crowd would gather within minutes. Some played seriously, some came “just for one serve” and stayed for half an hour. That’s where jokes, rivalries, and friendly rematches were born.

One day, we realized it was time to level up. That’s how our ping pong tournament began 🎉

With a proper draw, improvised stands, loud support from teammates, and real competitive spirit. Every match had its own story: sometimes the favorite was unexpectedly knocked out in the first round, sometimes a newcomer made it all the way to the final, and sometimes the winner was decided by the very last point.

The best part was that we never had any “eternal champions.” Every time, someone new would win. And that’s why everyone celebrated — not only their own victories, but each other’s as well ❤️

Because for us, the ping pong table was never just a game. It became a place where colleagues turned into friends, where real emotions appeared between tasks, and where an ordinary office day became a memory.

We look through these photos and smile. Some moments can never be repeated, but they can stay in your heart forever ✨

Leave us a ❤️ if your team had traditions like this too.

Personalized shopping is no longer a “nice to have” 🛍️

It’s quickly becoming the engine behind modern ecommerce growth 🚀

The shift happens when businesses stop guessing and start understanding user intent in real time.

Here’s what makes AI agents for product recommendations truly powerful:

🧠 Real-time behavior analysis to understand what users want right now.

⚡ Instant adaptation as users browse, click, and search.

📊 Continuous learning from every interaction to refine suggestions.

🎯 Context-aware recommendations based on session activity.

🔗 Seamless experience across web, mobile, and other channels.

🛒 Smarter product discovery that reduces friction and speeds up decisions.

💡 Predictive suggestions that anticipate customer needs before they search.

Modern AI agents act like a decision layer inside your product.

They analyze signals, adjust recommendations instantly, and guide users to what actually matters.

From what we’ve seen, this is where engagement and conversions start to shift.

Instead of static catalogs, users get a dynamic experience tailored to them.

And that’s what drives better retention, higher order value, and stronger loyalty.

If you’re building or scaling an ecommerce product, this is where things get interesting.

Building a website sounds simple at first glance 🌐

But once you dive in, the costs can vary a lot 💸

We’ve helped businesses launch websites, and here’s the thing 👇

The final price depends on what you build, not just that you build it.

Here’s what actually affects the cost:

🧩 Type of website (landing page vs marketplace)

⚙️ Features and complexity of functionality

🎨 UI/UX design and user experience

👨‍💻 Development team and approach (DIY, freelancers, agency)

☁️ Hosting, domain, and infrastructure

🔄 Ongoing support and maintenance

To give you a rough idea 👇

A simple landing page may cost around $4K.

A corporate website can go up to $40K.

And complex platforms like marketplaces can reach $75K+.

From our experience, trying to cut corners often leads to higher costs later.

A solid, well-built website pays off in performance, user trust, and growth 🚀

If you’re planning your website, understanding the budget upfront saves a lot of headaches later.

Read the full breakdown here 👇

What is the real cost of building a website in 2026? Check out our in-depth examination, along with strategic recommendations for how to optimize your budget.

AI chatbots look simple on the surface 🤖

But building one that actually helps your business is a whole different game 💡

We’ve worked on AI-powered products, and one thing stands out 👇

It’s not about adding a chatbot — it’s about adding the right features that make it useful

Here’s what really matters in an AI chatbot:

🧠 NLP to understand real human language and intent

📈 Machine learning to improve responses over time

🌍 Multi-language support to reach global users

🔗 CRM & system integrations for personalized replies

💬 Omnichannel presence across web, apps, and messengers

🎯 Context awareness to keep conversations natural

🎙️ Voice & conversational AI for smoother interactions

❤️ Sentiment analysis to respond with empathy

⚙️ Custom flows tailored to your business logic

📊 Analytics to track performance and improve continuously

AI chatbots today go far beyond simple scripts.

They understand context, learn from interactions, and deliver more human-like conversations.

From our experience, the real value comes when chatbots stop being “just support” and start driving growth 🚀

If you’re thinking about adding AI to your product, this is where it gets interesting.

We’d like to share a modern story from the life of Codica — about our team and the little magic in the details. ✨

When we switched to remote work, it became harder to feel the company’s structure: who is in which team, who is responsible for what, and who to reach out to. Especially for newcomers.

That’s when our “Employee Tree” appeared — a place where the whole team is visible at a glance. You open it and instantly understand who’s around you and what they do.

Over time, we added another warm tradition — achievements for every year at Codica. Not just badges, but real superhero powers: Captain America’s shield, the Infinity Gauntlet, Doctor Strange’s amulet…

And when you see that Serhii or Max has already collected a whole hero set, you can’t help but smile and feel proud. 💫

Because Codica is about people, growth, and noticing everyone’s journey ❤️

Real Rails Project Mistakes That Cost Businesses Dearly

In this article, our Tech Lead Maxim from the team shares his personal experience.

Over 10 years working with Ruby on Rails, I’ve collaborated with both startups and large-scale products that grew exponentially. And in almost every project, issues didn’t arise because of Ruby or Rails themselves.

Most often, things broke due to quick decisions made without considering future consequences. In the slides/cards, you’ll find mistakes I’ve seen in real production projects that cost businesses money, users, and months of rework.
