🚨 The Challenge:
Dr Ansay runs Germany's largest digital prescription platform, with over 700,000 patients ordering cannabis and other medications online. However, without a clear quality assurance process, serious bugs were getting into production:

Cart data corruption: After switching pharmacies, items from the old pharmacy stayed in the cart.

Calculation errors: Checkout totals showed negative amounts (for example, -€53.20 instead of €0.00).

Session management failure: Users lost all items after logging out, which forced them to re-enter prescriptions.

Each bug led to lost orders, frustration among pharmacy partners, and concerns for patient safety.

🛠️ Our Approach:
We created a structured quality assurance system that can grow:
✓ Manual Testing: We explored the platform from start to finish to identify existing issues.
✓ Automated Testing: We developed over 40 test cases using Playwright and TypeScript for daily runs.

Here’s our new report on Djaboo.com 🚀 , an all-in-one CRM and ERP platform built to unify business operations in one workspace. 💼
Our QA engineers tested key modules—Expenses, Localization, and Navigation —to assess accuracy, stability, and polish.

🪲 We found:
⚠️ Incorrect success message on CSV import – shows success even when no data is imported.
✨ Sidebar flicker – collapses and expands briefly on navigation.
🌍 Untranslated tooltips – French text visible under English settings.

Djaboo delivers solid performance across its CRM, analytics, and automation features, but these fixes would improve reliability and user experience.

Chatter is an innovative social platform where users can build their own communities, host live rooms, and even monetize their content 💬💸

During our manual testing, we discovered that audio from “Live Rooms” doesn’t stop playing after closing the app or receiving a call 🎧
This kind of bug can confuse users and create privacy concerns — it’s the kind of issue that can quietly hurt trust.

We also found other usability and state logic issues, like the “Start Room” button staying active too long, missing Support menus, and odd behavior in group membership requests.

Our BugCrawl uncovered 10 total issues:
2 Critical ⚠️ | 3 Major | 4 Minor | 1 Trivial

All tested on Android 15, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra📱

During our manual testing, we found console errors on the main, pricing, and registration pages. These may seem minor, but they can still impact load speed, stability, and overall user trust.

In addition, MaintainX proved to be a strong, well-designed SaaS product. It offers useful analytics, reporting, and customizable forms that improve operations. Our BugCrawl found only a few minor bugs, but even small fixes can help maintain performance.

🎮 Game testing isn’t just about 'playing around'. It’s a methodical QA process with multiple specialized techniques. Here’s a list of 7 essential types of testing used by QAwerk:

1️⃣ Functional Testing. Checks whether the game works as intended: gameplay, UI, and menu navigation.

2️⃣ Compatibility Testing. Tests cross-platform functionality, device performance, touch, gamepad, keyboard.
