2. Share values and principles
What values and principles guide your team? Does your team understand and support these principles?
As a leader encourage values such as honesty, openness, punctuality, responsibility for completing assignments, quality of work and so on
3. Share action plan

Be sure that the team member knows what to do and how it should be done.
4. Lead the action
