Meet Okot Richard from Patongo sub county, Agago district.

Okot's musical skill is amazing. As a member of the Watmon Band led by Tempra Omona,he does not only dance but can play the rigigi (Luo Violin & Nanga). He told me musical legend Mzee WatMon bequeathed his musical legacy to him and asked him to carry on the traditional Luo folk songs for generations.
For a young man like him, those are huge shoes to fill by all means. But Okot is not feeling daunted by that responsibility.
He already trains over 30l young people from Wakiso in Acoli dance and teaches this art by giving this knowledge and sharing his skills.
