Reports to: Marketing manager

Purpose:

The (field officers) product ambassadors work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all healthcare facilities, Pharmacies, and drug shops are well sensitised and registered on the clinicPesa Platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sensitise the Healthcare Service Providers on how to effectively use clinicPesa to improve their businesses as well as day to day operations in regards to financing.
• Registering healthcare facilities, pharmacies and drug shops to the clinicPesa platform.
• Providing information and feedback about clinicPesa from the Healthcare Service Providers.
• Generating sales opportunities and working to build customer preference for the brand.
• Guiding the Healthcare Service Providers on basic record keeping, financial management, computer usage as well as provide a listening channel between the Healthcare Service Providers and clinicPesa.
• Represent clinicPesa on the ground to both customers and the Healthcare Service Providers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A diploma in any field, candidates with a sales background or have experience in the field of marketing have an added advantage.
• Possess strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Dedication to learning and a true passion for the business is vital.
• Show commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn, and success in team environments.
• Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (preferred).
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
• Age: Below 35 years

Purpose:

Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. With the ability to use market research and analytics to direct marketing strategy and planning while overseeing the production of all promotions, promotional materials, marketing campaigns and local sensitisation. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all marketing activities for the company within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities in conjunction with the partners.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning, innovating and implementing promotional campaigns.

• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of achievement in selling products or services to low income earners or rural communities.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook, Web Trends, etc).
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

To oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organisation staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
