Engineering mission-critical systems to give the warfighter a decisive edge. We specialize in mission-critical systems engineering and strategic innovation.

LufCo is an SBA-certified Woman-Owned Small Business, headquartered in Aberdeen, MD, with additional offices at National Business Parkway. We are a mid-sized powerhouse that combines the high-level intellectual capital of a boutique consultancy with the physical manufacturing "grit" of a fabrication shop. We proudly support a wide range of clients, including the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, various Federal agencies, the State of Maryland, private industry, and non-profits.

Your work is what a strong system stands on.

You’ll help keep mission-critical databases secure and running, with greater visibility into the systems you maintain and more room to shape how they — and our future — are built.

We’re growing, and the people keeping these systems strong are the ones shaping what comes next.

Roles are open now. Active TS/SCI with Poly required.

Lufco has been awarded a Build Our Future (BOF) grant from the Maryland Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO). This strategic award will support the development of our Compute & Manufacturing Foundry project, advancing our local infrastructure, expanding production capabilities, and scaling key compute resources. Initiatives like the BOF grant play a vital role in positioning Maryland as a hub for high-tech production and sustainable economic growth.

We're grateful to MEDCO for believing in our vision and investing in the future of advanced manufacturing. Thank you to our team, partners, and community for making milestones like this possible.

Infrastructure work is invisible by design. That shouldn’t make the people doing it invisible too.

You’ll be part of mission-critical systems from day one, sitting next to peoplewho are just as passionate as you. And the people who depend on what you keep running will know your name.

That’s what people, not positions, actually means day to day.

Roles are open now. TS/SCI with Poly required.

You’ll be involved in the process from the first requirement through deployment, working alongside a team that owns the full lifecycle together. Less gets lost in translation along the way.

We’re growing, and the engineers shaping how we build are the ones shaping where this company goes. Your name stays on your work.

Roles are open now. TS/SCI with Poly required.
