We often hear that a client is paying for top speed but is not getting the speed promised. We had a client paying for 75Mbps down and only getting 4Mbps down. We aim to make our clients internet more efficient so you get what you are paying for from your Provider. We will come in and evaluate your network. We will then discuss the best way to make your internet more efficient. Sometimes it really is your Providers fault, and we can assist in giving you the information you need to ensure they take care of it. If it is not your Provider, we can help improve your network with different gear or settings.

Yesterday we discussed digitizing your media, now what do you do with it you new digital media. You could put on an external hard drive and transfer files to your devices to view your media. But that can be a hassle and not very user friendly. We suggest using a Media Server. This server will stay on your network to be accessed by any compatible device, including PCs, Phones, TVs, and Tablets. These device can then stream your media over your network, and if you want you can even access your media while away from home. The server even include a friendly user interface that will show movie posters, ratings, and description. It even has a search feature. And if you have little ones, you can limit what they can watch.

The server can be installed on an existing PC or we can build a custom PC just for you. We can even make the server act as File server to collect all your important files and backups.

Many of us have brought and gather hundreds of CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays over the past 10+ years. One of the downsides of this media is it is physical and can be destroyed. One scratch can make your Blu-Ray unplayable. The simple solution is to digitize your media. By law you are allowed one backup copy of media you own. We offer the service to digitize your physical media library. Once completed you will have your media library accessible from any compatible media player, including your iPad, phones, computers, and TVs. Imaging taking your favorite movies on the road with you.

If you want to take it a step further ask us about our Media Server services. Which allows you access to your entire media library without having to use storage on your individual devices.
