This series of attacks began at 4:00 am MARCH 31 2026, targeting DNS servers using 6000 requests per second, to block service to other customers, in support of claims alleging the business does not exist to conceal and abuse a minor child and alter court orders of OCTOBER 1 2001 and DECMEBER 14 2001 in anti-competitive practices and strong-arm intimidation.

Employees of those companies engaged in FALSE EMPLOYMENT CLAIMS against persons to terminate custody of a child in 2001-2020, to impersonate PROCEED TECHNICAL RESOURCES and NORTEL NETWORKS, in public criminal allegations to conceal fraud at NORTEL NETWORKS documented by BRIAN HABERMAN, a consultant for NORTHERN TELECOM and reporting party to the CANADIAN POLICE DEPARTMENT concerning theft of documents and email server breach by contractors aiding PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA and export of over 100 vital financial documents to SINGAPORE from UNITED STATES and CANADA in criminal activity.
