Now hiring an IT technician for a fast growing company with 10+ locations. You will be trained in the IT Lab and in the field performing task based specific needs. This is a position with huge growth potential in both pay and position. Internship seekers as well as more experienced applicants are encouraged to apply. Knowledge is more important than college. A degree is not required.

Technician will work and be trained in the following areas;

Networking; PCI compliance - VPN's - Network segmentation
POS Retail Systems in both hardware and software, cash register terminals, scanner scales, scan guns, receipt printers. Be able to install, service and troubleshoot/repair all components.
Administrator for POS Software Suite / Users / Item Maintenance, etc.
Department Scales: Bizerba (installation and maintenance, software and hardware)
Handheld Datalogic PDA's: Setup, deploy, and support
VOIP Phone Systems - Freepbx Asterisk; setup, maintain, and repair
Camera System; 50+ cameras per store; installation, setup and support
Windows workstations - be able to do full PC repair, etc., manage peripherals
Remote Tech Support: Take phone calls from store staff. Be courteous, professional, and personable.

TRAVEL: Must have a dependable vehicle and ability to travel within the State of Georgia. Travel times vary between 30 minutes and 2 1/2 hrs. Compensation for travel is provided per mile driven.

LOCATION: IT LAB is located in Adel, GA. Hiree will report to lab location on certain days and/or travel directly to store location from home.

We are looking for an IT technician with fundamental IT knowledge and experience. College degree is not required, however a good attitude and eagerness to learn is key. We WILL train you. This is essentially an internship position, but those with more experience are encouraged to apply. Starting pay will be based on knowledge and experience with pay increases available based upon performance.
