SUMMARY
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Project Manager 95% standards of
cleanliness with
B assigned tasks, Must be able to utilize cleaning products, chemicals, vacuums, mops, wringers,
dust tools, and floor machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Including, but not limited to:
• Assures that all services (except window cleaning) shall be performed on a one-shift basis, one
time per we Times for window cleaning shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer’s
Representative (COR).
• Must be physically able to do their assigned work and shall be free of communicable diseases.
• Will report fires, hazardous conditions, and items in need of repair, such as dead lights,
leaking faucets, toil stoppage, etc.
• DUST ALL FURNITURE, REMOVE ALL WASTE, WASH All WASTEBASKETS, AND WASH FURNITURE TO REMO SCUFF
MARKS AND STAINS.
• DUST LEDGES, COUNTERS AND OTHER FLAT SURFACES: SPOT CLEAN, CLEAN LIGHT FIXTURES
C • CLEAN RESTROOMS.
• FLOOR MAINTENANCE: All areas not having carpet (including floor, hallways, and stairways)
• VACUUM CARPET and SHAMPOO CARPET.
• GLASS CLEANING: Windows, mirrors.
• SPOT CLEAN SHADES: CLEAN REFRIGERATOR, CLEAN MICROWAVE OVEN: CLEAN COUNTERS, SINKS, AND OTH
FIXTURES.
• ENTRANCE MATS/EXTERIOR AREA AND STEPS. Vacuum mats in front and rear entrance. Ensure the mats
are fr of ice and snow.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
• Must have 3 months of general experience of progressively responsible housekeeping/sanitation or
other work that applies particular knowledge and skills to perform the position.
E • High School diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED:
• Knowledge of janitorial methods, practices, materials, tools, occupational hazards and safety
precautions the janitorial work.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. For extended period of time may be required to stand or walk;
push or pull heav equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, kneeling and crouching as required
