Business cards tell a story. IF you promote your business number and also promote your cell number, that tells me the main business number is not a dependable way to reach you. Probably because you are in the office less and less. I can clean this up WITHOUT expensive hardware and software. I port you main number, build a virtual auto attendant (i.e. "Thank you for calling ABC company. For Bill enter 1. For Joe enter 2. For Sales enter 3.......etc). These extensions then forward the caller to that person's cell device. BINGO, you are taking your calls outside of the office. IF you do not answer, the caller does NOT go to your cell voicemail, but stays in your extension voicemail, completely separating business and personal obligations from a telco perspective. And then, maybe you ELIMINATE PAYING for all those rollover land lines that aren't needed??? Oh, and if someone leaves your organization, you continue to control calls to their extension, versus having clients/prospects call them direct on their cell device, and you have no control/idea that is happening.
