When a popup appears on your computer stating you have been infected or have a virus "please call us" or "this is Microsoft", DO NOT DO ANYTHING. Follow these steps:

Step 1.) Power off your PC immediately.
By holding the power button until all the lights on it are out completely.

Step 2.) Pick up your phone and text me & I will guide you on how to resolve the issue or resolve it for you.
