Floor movements happen fast. Manual system entries? Not so much.

In SAP WM/EWM, every bin-to-bin transfer needs confirmation.
When your team is moving fast, scanning items one by one means the system quickly falls behind reality.

Integrate RFID scanning directly into the SAP transfer screen.

Read multiple tags at once and pass them instantly into the input fields. Inventory stays perfectly synced with the floor, no manual catch-up required.

Creating a sales order often starts after leaving Salesforce

In SAP SD (Create Sales Order), order creation typically begins once the opportunity is already defined in Salesforce.

So the flow moves from CRM to ERP - and the same context gets handled again in a different system.

That gap shows up between where the deal progresses and where the order gets created.

With Liquid UI enabling integration between Salesforce and SAP, one approach we’ve seen work well is initiating the SAP transaction directly from Salesforce.

Use a custom button or action on the opportunity to trigger order creation
Pass relevant deal context as part of that action
Start the SAP process without switching systems

It doesn’t change how orders are processed in SAP.
It just connects the starting point to where the deal already exists.

From delayed posting to capturing movement as it happens

Before
Goods move in the warehouse.
The update in SAP happens later.

Movement is noted, then entered into the system.
There’s a gap between what moved and what’s recorded.

After (Liquid UI + RFID)
Movement and posting happen together.

RFID captures the movement and triggers the SAP transaction at that moment.
Goods movement is recorded as the work happens.

Exceptions are visible when they occur, not after.

Result
No separate update step
No delay between movement and system record
Inventory reflects what actually moved

When it’s easier to log a maintenance issue right when you spot it

In Plant Maintenance (PM), a technician identifies a fault while at the asset.
But logging it often happens later, once there’s time.

Not because it’s difficult.
Starting a notification can feel separate from the work itself.

That gap shows up between finding the issue and getting it into the system.

On this screen, the starting point shifts:

1. Enter or scan the Equipment ID to begin
2. Create the maintenance request from that same entry point
3. Change, Display or convert to a work order without switching screens

It doesn’t change the process.
But it makes it easier to record the issue while it’s still in front of you.

What slows down order entry at month-end?

Month-end is crunch time. Your sales reps are entering orders back-to-back, and every second counts. At that volume, even the smallest UI friction becomes a major roadblock.

We want to hear from you: During high-volume SAP sales order entry, what kills your team's momentum the most?

Poll: During high-volume SAP sales order entry, what affects the team first?
Options:
1. Overall system lag / slow entry
2. Hunting for missing fields
3. Repeatedly double-checking data
4. Fixing downstream accuracy issues

When SAP access must be verified before connecting

You're on-site ready to update a maintenance order, but first, you have to verify your system access. You pause, switch apps, confirm credentials... and the actual task waits.

Liquid UI changes that. With Security Lock, access is verified directly on the handheld device within your SAP workflow.

No app switching. No delays. The technician authenticates instantly and gets straight to work.

You're on-site, ready to update a maintenance order, but first, you have to verify your system access. You pause, switch apps, confirm credentials... and the actual task waits.

Seattle Public Schools boosts SAP HR efficiency by 90% with Liquid UI

At Seattle Public Schools, updating employee info meant navigating multiple SAP screens and typing the exact same data over and over.
This didn't just slow them down, it invited inconsistencies.

By consolidating those fields into a single view, data is entered once and auto-populates wherever it's needed.

Result:
18 screens reduced to 1
90% faster processing
90% higher data accuracy

High-volume material movement shouldn't require a desk job in SAP WM/EWM

Before: You pick the material, walk back to a terminal, enter the movement, and loop back to the floor.

After: Material pick and system movement are captured together in one seamless flow directly on the floor.

No returning to a desktop. No split processes. Just continuous work.

Creating a transfer order in WM often starts with more fields than the task needs

At the dock, the team usually has a goods receipt slip.
That’s enough to begin the transfer.

In standard flow, multiple inputs come first.
So, there’s a pause before the task can move forward.

On this Create Transfer Order screen, the starting point is adjusted:

Use the GR Slip # as the single input to pull document data instantly
Remove non-essential fields so users don’t search for where to begin
Add a clear “Get Detail” action to move forward without toolbar navigation

A small shift in how the screen starts - but it keeps the dock moving.

Recording inventory movement after the transfer (SAP MM)

Material is already moved.

But the SAP entry happens later.

Myth: updating later saves time
Fact: it usually creates more work - rechecks, corrections, mismatches

Capturing the movement during the transfer keeps SAP aligned with what actually happened.

Confirming a work order when the rig is offline

A maintenance technician on an offshore rig completes a pump repair.

They need to enter time, add notes, update the notification, and confirm the SAP PM work order.

But the network connection is not available at the asset.

The Pain: Notes are scribbled on paper, entered hours later, and confirmations are heavily delayed.

The Fix: Enable offline SAP PM confirmations. Capture time, notes, and updates right at the asset. As soon as connectivity returns, the data syncs automatically.

The record stays exact, and double data entry becomes a thing of the past.
