Spinware is hiring a **Customer Service & Device Intake Specialist** to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you're friendly, organized, enjoy technology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

**What You'll Do:**

* Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
* Check in phones, tablets, and other electronics for repair
* Answer questions and explain repair processes
* Keep repair tickets accurate and organized
* Assist with general front counter operations

**We're Looking For Someone Who:**

* Is **18 years or older**
* Has basic to moderate knowledge of smartphones and other mobile devices
* Has basic to moderate organizational skills
* Has moderate computer skills and is comfortable learning new software
* Has **excellent communication skills**
* Provides outstanding customer service
* Stays calm and organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Is patient, professional, and enjoys helping people
* Wants a position they can grow with for the long term
* Is **reliable**, punctual, and takes pride in their work

We are an electronic repair store. Spinware fixes cell phones, tablets, and laptops, with very competitive prices. We also buy and sell phones and tablets, as well as have prepaid services. Feel free to message us with any questions.

As some people have pointed out, there have been some recent discussions on social media platforms which have generated certain questions regarding Spinware, we wanted to clarify things for everyone.

Spinware was sold almost two years ago and is now under new ownership and management. Jim Gruver is not part of that ownership, management, operations, or other aspect regarding Spinware anymore.

Over the past two years, we have worked hard to build a business that reflects our values of respect, professionalism, and inclusion. We are proud to serve and support customers of all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued.

It has always been believed that actions speak louder than words. During the time we have been owners, we have always strived towards maintaining our customer-centric approach, being a part of our community, and serving our customers with respect and dignity.
