At GenesisAI, we have some exciting updates to share about our ongoing work.

1. Progress on Our Email Marketing Tool

We have identified a growth opportunity with our email marketing tool that we plan to act on over the next few months. We developed a scheduling feature that allows users to schedule emails directly in Mautic, a popular open-source email client. This feature was created after encountering this issue ourselves during Mautic’s integration into our tool. Recognizing the potential value for others, we decided to monetize this solution.

Our team is focused on deploying this scheduling feature package on the Mautic Marketplace. Based on our demand projections, we believe it can help drive growth for GenesisAI.

2. Resolving a Key Technical Issue

We have also fixed a significant bug in the scheduling feature. The tool can now schedule and send hundreds of thousands of emails without needing users to upload email batches daily. This improvement makes the tool more reliable and efficient.

3. How This Fits into Our Overall Strategy

GenesisAI’s primary focus is to grow our AI API marketplace. Our goal is to create one standout product that is exclusively available on our marketplace to attract more buyers and sellers. The email marketing tool could serve as a key driver of marketplace activity if it achieves broad adoption.

This approach is similar to Netflix’s model, where original content is available only on their platform. In our case, the email marketing tool could become a product that draws users to GenesisAI’s marketplace.

I am thrilled to share an exciting update with our community regarding the progress of our email tool. We believe we have successfully navigated the customer discovery phase, where we identified what our customers truly want. Now, we are in the final stages of customer validation, ensuring our solution meets customer needs with a high satisfaction rate of 9/10 or 10/10.

To complete the customer validation phase and prepare for scaling, we need to finish developing the full automation feature we are currently working on. This feature is designed to maximize the tool's efficiency while minimizing the user's time investment. Here’s how it works: users will upload their email data and provide a website link. Our system will then scrape information about the company, analyze it, and use AI to craft personalized emails. Moreover, the AI will handle responses to these emails, which will be automatically sent by us. Our ultimate goal is to seamlessly schedule meetings directly on the customer's calendar, all within a mere 5 minutes of their time.
