We are currently looking for a computer technician to join our team. We are in search of a positive, well-rounded and engaging person who has a solid technical background. The candidate should be familiar with help desk support, field support and remote access with experience working for a managed service provider, supporting clients that don't have a need for a full time IT person. Ability to troubleshoot networks, extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, installation, repair, setup and removal, and terminate/install network cabling. Knowledge of Spyware/Adware removal tools. Well versed in resolving common computer problems including viruses, slow performance, errors, software installation and configuration, wireless networks, peripheral problems.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable, recent help desk or technical support experience working with Windows client operating systems, Microsoft Office Suites and Windows Server. Must be knowledgeable in printer setup and management.

Must have an industry-standard technical certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP etc.)

People skills are important as this position would have you working directly with our clients. Therefore, the candidate should have excellent communication skills. strong customer service focus, highly motivated and able to work independently, attention to detail, well organized, be able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new challenges, takes ownership for problems and follows through to resolution.
