Proud of the CSG Creative team for sharing their expertise at ASAE The Center for Association Leadership MMC+Tech 2026!
Jaclyn and the GES Global Services team presented : From Concept to Community: A Case Study in Building Advocates from the Ground Up, highlighting the strategy, creative development, and results behind the micro influencer program. One of the best moments came when an attendee from the American Marketing Association shared how important influencer marketing has become and how often it is still underutilized across the industry.
At the same conference, Heidi and Jess joined NTCA - The Rural Broadband Association's April and Mark for Find Your Verbs: Turning “I Didn’t Know You Did That!” Into Member ENGAGEment. Their session drew a packed room of nearly 100 attendees and sparked so much discussion that the conversation continued well after the presentation ended.
