Customer states.... Laptop power button won't work.... Got the model and seen it's a power button part of the keyboard itself. This is a know issue on the ribbon cables. Had customer order new keyboard as 95% of keyboards are quick swaps. 😂😂😂😂😂

This keyboard is plastic sonic welded into the case... What a pita and a great learning curve. All is fixed and laptop turns on.

Good ole water damage. All fixed now.

Just replaced a crashed Toshiba he with a new wd ssd. Customer so happy how fast it boots

Power button fix.. no replacement parts available. So gotta make it work so customer is happy.
