Our team is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Traffic Signal, Fiber, and ITS Technicians to join our field crews throughout the Atlanta Metro / North Georgia area.

🔧 We’re looking for experience in:
• Traffic signal installation & maintenance
• Fiber optic installation / splicing
• ITS & communications systems
• Electrical / low-voltage work
• Telecommunications / OSP
• Conduit, cabling & field construction
• Equipment troubleshooting

A valid driver’s license is preferred. CDL and relevant certifications are a plus.

We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded people who are comfortable working outdoors, around active construction and roadways, and who take pride in quality field work.

From unloading and assembling poles, to setting foundations and final installation, this crew has continued to deliver quality work every day in the field. These are the kinds of projects that take teamwork, commitment, and attention to detail — and our guys have stepped up every step of the way.

NGT Group is hiring an ITS / Traffic Signal Integrator to support public infrastructure projects. This role focuses on installing, integrating, and maintaining traffic signal and communication systems that keep cities moving.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support ITS and traffic signal system installations
Manage traffic signals, cameras, and communication systems
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and field crews
Review plans, support construction, and ensure system performance
Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing systems

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with traffic signals, ITS, or electrical systems
Strong understanding of traffic systems and field operations
Ability to read plans, solve problems, and manage work in the field
Familiarity with MUTCD and traffic system standards (preferred)

NGT Group LLC is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on telecommunications and infrastructure projects.

This is a working foreman position — you lead the crew, set the pace, and keep the job moving.

What You'll Do
• Lead and manage electrical field crews
• Plan daily work and maintain production targets
• Install and support power distribution, conduit, grounding, lighting, and telecom systems
• Read plans, solve field issues, and keep projects moving
• Maintain job documentation and billing readiness
• Enforce safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For
• 7–10+ years electrical construction experience
• 3+ years leading crews or working as a foreman
• Strong experience with conduit layout, terminations, and equipment installation
• Ability to read and work directly from plans
• Experience delivering work on schedule and within budget
• OSHA safety knowledge and ability to operate construction equipment

Preferred
• Telecom or DOT infrastructure experience
• Backup power / site electrical experience
• CDL or electrical licensing
