A modern Belgian farmhouse, start to finish.

White painted brick, weathered oak and a shake roof outside. Inside, my favorite part is the kitchen: a pizza oven built into old brick, a coffee nook painted ink blue, and a wall of antique service bells like the ones houses used in the 1920s. There’s also a dining room with a hand-painted mural, a music room under a toile ceiling, and a primary suite with a carved canopy bed and a stone fireplace.

A Cape Dutch manor, designed for a client and shared with their permission.

Luxury interior design rendered room by room: hand-troweled lime plaster, yellowwood beams, oak sash windows with folding shutters, and a dream kitchen with a 72” range in unlacquered brass and a hammered copper sink. Plus a home library you’d never leave.

Every architectural rendering was created in CLAD before a single wall goes up, so the client can walk the custom home, refine it and fall in love with it first.

This entire home was brought to life in CLADrender, from the exterior architecture to the interior spaces.

I especially love the stonework, the contrast of the dark windows and shutters, and that staircase. And the front door? It might be a little much for some, but I absolutely love it. Sometimes a little personality is exactly what a home needs.

We’re also going to give you two alternate backyard designs for this home, one with a pool and one without.
