Is that $30-a-user dialer really $30?

Sometimes. It depends on what you need it to do.

Take Aloware. Their $30 plan is real. But their own pricing page says the HubSpot workflows integration isn't on it, and the Power Dialer is on the $60 plan, with a 5-user minimum. If those are the reasons you're looking, $60 is your number.

That's not a knock on them. It's just worth knowing before the demo, not after.

We put both tools side by side, plan by plan, including the things Aloware does better.

Think about how many unread emails are sitting in your inbox right now.

Now think about how many unread texts.

For most of us, it isn't close. Your customers are the same. Yet a lot of businesses still run their whole follow-up through email and hope it gets noticed.

Texting doesn't replace email. It's the channel people actually answer, as long as they've said yes to hearing from you.

We put together a free HubSpot SMS playbook with text templates, workflow recipes and an opt-in checklist, so you can add texting to your follow-up the right way.

Here is a text that goes out a few minutes before a sales call:

"Hi Jen, it's Mike from Northside Roofing. You asked about a quote last week. I'll give you a call in a few minutes. If now isn't good, just reply with a better time."

That is the whole thing. Who is calling, why, and an easy out.

When the phone rings, Jen knows who it is. It is not a stranger anymore. And if she replies "after 4," that is a conversation too.

The YetiConnect dialer can send a text like this to the next few people on your call list, right from HubSpot. Anyone who has opted out gets skipped.

What happens the moment a deal moves forward in your HubSpot?

For most teams, nothing. HubSpot records it. Nobody tells the customer.

Here are four moments your CRM already knows about, and a text that fits each:
1. A new lead comes in: "Thanks for reaching out. Is now a good time for a quick call?"
2. A deal moves forward: "Got everything we need. Here is what happens next."
3. A meeting is tomorrow: "Quick reminder, we are on for 2pm tomorrow. Reply YES to confirm."
4. A call just ended: "Great talking with you. Here is the link I mentioned."

With YetiConnect, each one can fire from the HubSpot workflows you already run (Professional or higher). No rebuild.

The full recipes are in our free playbook. Link in the comments.

You find a calling tool you like. You open the pricing page. Three plans, no prices, and a button to book a demo.

That's Kixie's pricing page today. It's common in our space, and Kixie is a good product, especially for local presence.

But a demo is a sales call. Before you book one, it helps to know what to ask:
1. What is the price per user, all in?
2. Which features are add-ons?
3. Is billing monthly or quarterly?

We publish ours. YetiConnect Professional is $60 per user per month, with texting, an AI dialer, and conversation intelligence included.

We put both tools side by side, including where Kixie wins. Link in the comments.

You are asking a customer to trust you before they have met you. A name on a proposal is a stranger. A face is a person.

That is why we keep pointing operators to the video text.

Picture a hot lead that goes quiet. A plain text is easy to skip. A 20-second video with a real person in it is a lot harder to ignore.

Three moments where it fits best:
1. Following up a hot lead, so you stand out.
2. Confirming a meeting or appointment, so it feels personal.
3. Restarting a deal that stalled.

With YetiConnect, you send video messages right from HubSpot, next to your texts and calls.

People do business with people. A video just lets them see the person sooner.

Your prospect got about 121 emails today. Yours was one of them.

That's why email alone gets around a 2% response. Not because your email was bad. It's just buried.

A text lands somewhere else, right next to messages from friends and family. It gets read fast, and a reply like "Thursday works" takes two seconds.

But a text on its own can feel abrupt, and the meeting still gets booked on a call. So use all three, each for its own job: email for context, a text for the quick reply, a call to book it.

On the same kind of list, that mix takes response from 2.1% to 18.7%.

If your reps are on the phone all day but your texts keep running out, your pricing model might be the reason.

A lot of HubSpot SMS tools run on one shared credit pool. One credit buys a text OR a minute of talk time. So a 10-minute call quietly costs the same as 10 messages. Dial 20 calls in a week and you've spent about a third of your texting budget before sending a single text.

Salesmsg works this way, and their AI texting is genuinely good, so we'll say that fairly. But if your team both calls and texts, shared credits turn into a monthly guessing game.

YetiConnect bills SMS and voice separately. Call as much as you want. Your texting stays right where it should.

Your team's texts say "sent." That doesn't mean anyone got them.

A lot of teams start texting from a personal cell because it's quick. For a week or two it works. Then replies slow down, and it's rarely obvious why.

The reason: US carriers require business texts to come from a registered number, and a personal cell can't be registered. So the carrier quietly filters it.

The fix is a proper business number plus a 10DLC registration. The setup itself is quick. Carrier approval takes about a week, so start that part first.

We put the whole setup in a free playbook, with templates and a compliance checklist. Link in the comments.

If your HubSpot sequence is seven emails and nothing else, your prospects filed you as spam somewhere around email three.

Here's what we keep seeing: email-only sequences book a meeting about 2 to 3 percent of the time. The teams hitting 10 percent or more are not sending more email. They send less of it, and fill the gaps with a quick text and a call.

Same sequence you already have in HubSpot. Just a smarter channel mix. Cap email at three or four steps, space them out, and add phone and text where the silence used to be.

Your prospects are already texting everyone else. Meet them there.
