10 years of working alongside Florida Citrus Sports have taught us a lot about what they build around a bowl game. It goes well beyond the final score.

The sky was grey when we arrived at the stadium, but the fans were already there, tailgating, taking it all in, completely unbothered by the weather. A bowl game like this is never just football; it's the pageantry, the energy and the atmosphere that builds from the parking lot all the way to kickoff. By the time the game started, the sky had cleared, and it all came together in a way that reminded us why this work matters: the moments families will carry home, and the impact on the surrounding community that only happens when an organization is willing to think beyond the game itself.

The 47th Annual Telly Awards recognized our film "Citrus Bowl Experience" with a Bronze in the Live Events & Experiences category. We're grateful for it, and we're more grateful for the years of trust Florida Citrus Sports has placed in us to tell the story of what they create around that game, not just once, but season after season.

Recently, we partnered with The Masters Academy to create a library of photos for their new website — authentic, story-driven images that show who they are at their core. We spent two days on campus, photographing classrooms, playgrounds, and the energy that fills every corner of their community.

That experience built more than a gallery of images. It built trust.

When TMA invited us back to capture their 2025 Homecoming, it was because they knew we already understood their story — their people, their mission, and the feeling they wanted every image to carry. That trust is what turns a good event photographer into a true storytelling partner.
