If you are planning to purchase a new computer and need a little advice on what to look for, you can call, text, or email me. I will not sell you something you do not need. Once you tell me what the main purpose of the computer will be, I will always give you the best advice when it comes to upgrading your current one verses buying a new computer. I will show you the cost of both choices so that you can make the best decision. Windows 7 is officially end of life, meaning it will no longer receive security updates. If you're going to keep using it, here's how to stay as safe as possible.

Ok folks, January is around the corner and Windows 7 support is coming to an end. If you need to know whether your current computer is capable of running Windows 10, message or call for appointment. I will let you know if your current computer can run Windows 10 or if you are better off buying a new one. I have been upgrading as many as I can. Message me for prices to upgrade or to have your computer checked.

A reminder for those of you still running Windows 7. Windows 7 support will end in January 2020. That is only 7 months away. There will be no more updates for Windows 7, which will make your computer vulnerable to attacks when you are online. Some of you may remember when Windows XP life came to an end not too long ago.
If you have not upgraded to Windows 10, you should start planning on it. If you are not sure if your current computer is capable of running 10, call or message me. For $40, I can run a hardware and software checker and let you know what your best option is between upgrading vs. purchasing a new computer. Please share with anyone who might need my assistance in the Amarillo-Canyon area.

If I pick up or you deliver, I charge a fair flat rate instead of hourly charge This is a better choice for jobs that will take more than 3 hours to complete.
If you want to wipe your computer's hard drive and restore your computer to factory state, I charged $250. You will need to back up any files, pictures, etc. before I begin the process. If you want me to do a backup also, it adds an additional $50 to the cost and you will need to provide a flash drive, external drive, or some type of storage device to back up your files, pictures, etc.
