After a lot of planning, paperwork (this one especially), and long nights, I’m excited to officially launch Aegisworks LLC.

Aegisworks is a managed IT services company based in Ames focused on practical, responsive support for small and medium businesses.

My mission statement is simple:
Help small businesses stay operational, secure, and supported without the enterprise-level complexity or runaround.

Services include:
-Managed IT support
-Endpoint monitoring & maintenance
-Microsoft 365 administration
-Backup monitoring
-Security-focused system management
-Vendor coordination and troubleshooting

Still early, still building, and looking forward to what comes next.
