HI-TECH Cabling is a proud sponsor of the restoration of the Bicentennial Freedom Mural. A Southern California landmark on the Prado Dam near Corona. HI-TECH Cabling Owner Jim McCabe grew up in Orange County and was always fond of the patriotic mural he saw growing up. When the 47 year old mural fell into disrepair around 2012 he gathered with other supporters and helped form the Bicentennial Freedom Mural Conservancy. Their efforts to repaint the mural went on for 10 years before they were finally granted access and approval. Jim and his brother Jeff laid down the first bit of paint on April 4th. Jeff’s company One Way Painting did a great job on the whole project. Jim and Jeff will complete the project together next week when they add the crack in the Liberty Bell.
