SCAM ALERT:

Two customers, a couple, visited the Buzz Broadband office today, and they said that earlier today they had spoken with a man on the phone who said he was with Buzz and that they needed to pay to get service started. While we do require a subscription payment before service is installed, we do not have any male representatives that answer the phone calls or make phone calls, and we do not personally take payment information since all calls are recorded. The customer said the man on the phone wanted his card information, but they did not provide it. If you receive a suspicious call from someone claiming to be with any business and they are requesting an immediate payment over the phone, hang up and call the company they are claiming to work for so we can all share this information with the public.
