Is it time to move your estate sale company into the future? Alot of you have been asking about Online Auctions, I am owner of norcalonlineauctions.com in Northern Ca. I transitioned my traditional estate sale company to strictly online auction over 8 years ago. I hired a developer and built my auction software from scratch. I created my own marketplace in Northern ca. Its has been alot more successful than a traditional estate sale.
Over the years I have built in every feature I have ever needed to run my estate sale company. I began to lease my program out to other companies around the country who wanted my help. We are a small auction software company and plan to stay that way. My revenue comes from my online estate auctions not leasing my software program but I do enjoy helping other succeed and sharing my knowledge to help them build their company. What I can tell you is a generate alot more than revenue I used to. I work less, stress level is less, and I dont have to manage a crowd, I have zero theft, you get the idea the list goes on and doesn't stop. I am not going to go into why using your own dot com is better that than using another companies dot com, but I will share that I am building an asset (my marketplace) at the same time I am making a living & providing families with a very professional service.
