Sometimes the best insight into a company comes from the people who already call it home.
Before joining CyKor, Molly heard firsthand about the culture, the team, and the direction the company was headed. What stayed with her most was how genuinely excited people were about being part of it.
That enthusiasm was contagious. As Molly learned more about CyKor’s growth and what was ahead, she knew she wanted to be part of it. Eight months ago, she joined the team as a Project Manager, ready to bring her own experience and perspective to the work.
Just two weeks into the job, Molly got to experience that culture firsthand at CyKor Kickoff. Any nerves about being the new person quickly faded as teammates from across the company welcomed her in. Between the camaraderie, enthusiasm for the year ahead, and even personalized walk-out songs for presenters, she remembers leaving the event thinking the experience almost felt “too good to be true.” She soon realized it wasn’t.
Molly has brought that same enthusiasm into her work within Solution Delivery. As Larry Blocker, Director of Solution Delivery, shared, “In just a short time, she has led complex and challenging projects to successful completion or established delivery rhythms. She exemplifies CyKor values and is a valued member of the team.”
When it comes to taking on those challenges, Molly carries a piece of advice that matches her willingness to jump in: “Drive it like you stole it.” It’s a reminder to take ownership, keep moving forward, and make things happen.
Outside of CyKor, Molly stays busy with her two little boys and giant Saint Bernard. When she’s not spending time with family, she loves to travel and explore new places.
Molly’s willingness to jump in, take ownership, and embrace new challenges has already made a difference at CyKor, and we’re excited to see what’s ahead.
