That’s the uncomfortable lesson from the recent Xsolis data breach.

A targeted phishing attack led to unauthorized access, and reports indicate nearly 1.4 million people may have been impacted—with potentially sensitive personal and health information exposed.

Phishing doesn’t need to fool your entire company.
It only needs to fool one person.

That’s why cybersecurity can’t stop at spam filters. Employee training, multi-factor authentication, access controls, monitoring, endpoint protection, backups, and an actual incident response plan all need to work together.
