When I say a “whole new life” I’m saying with my whole damn chest. A life where your business takes a back seat to what’s really important while also running more smoothly than ever. A life where you can shut your laptop or set your phone down before 9pm without guilt. Where you can sleep peacefully at night trusting that you have the support you need and not every single piece of your business rests solely on your shoulders anymore.

I’m not here to BS you, that would be a waste of both of our time. I can say these things with full confidence because I’ve seen it happen for hundreds of businesses owners that I have worked with. And the best part is even when our work together is done. You still have someone loudly cheering you on, someone right behind you if you ever need help. So you never have to feel alone again.

Three summers ago this would not have been possible. I was the business. If I wasn’t working, nothing was moving.

Here’s what changed...

One... I stopped treating my phone like it was surgically attached to my hand. “Office hours” now actually mean office hours. The business survives without me at 9pm and I promise it will survive without you too.

Two…I realized I didn’t have to be the only aspect of the business who knows how to make things work. Something needs my attention, or a client contacts me while I’m out, my systems handle it before I ever see my phone.

Three… I stopped dropping everything the second a client text came through. Turns out “urgent” was just a word my ADHD brain kept insisting was true. It usually wasn’t.

Four… When I found a process that worked for my business, I took the time implement a system around it and incorporate it into my business. Then I created versions that I could use for my client’s businesses as well.

Five… I stopped believing “I can just figure it out on my own” was the responsible choice. Sometimes the responsible choice is bringing on someone who really knows what they are doing. What costs money up front and saves you way more money and time later.

None of this happened because I suddenly got more disciplined, friend. It happened because I finally built systems that didn’t need my willpower to work.

So often we are told to diminish the parts of us that set our soul on fire. When you find the part of you that you know is your gift, I’m begging you to share it with the world. For some it may be educational, or healing & health related, for many it’s a creative avenue. Whatever it is all you have to do is be brave enough to share it with the world and I will be here to help you build a life and business around that gift 💙🪄

🪄Undercharging doesn’t make you more bookable. It makes you look less credible.

Pricing low doesn’t attract better clients. It attracts clients who question your value, push boundaries, & refer you to people who expect the same low rates. The right clients will pay what you’re worth. Price for what you bring tot the table, not what some competitor charges.

🪄Your business shouldn’t need you every single second to survive.

That’s not a you problem. That’s a systems problem. Automated follow-ups. Seamless client onboarding. Workflows that keep running while you’re at school pickup or finally taking that vacation. You built something real. Shouldn’t it run like it??

🪄Your website isn’t your portfolio. It’s your sales team. Treat it like one.

Your website is working 24 hours a day whether you are or not. It’s either converting visitors into inquiries or sending them somewhere else. Clear messaging. Strong SEO and easy-to-follow CTAs. Copy that sounds like a human wrote it. Is your site actually doing its job or is it just a DIY doormat for visitors?

🪄Your kids don’t care how many clients you have. They care if you showed up.

We start these businesses for freedom & somehow end up working more than we did at our 9 to 5. If your business is running you instead of the other way around... my friend, that’s NOT success. You deserve a business that works for your life. Not one that consumes it.
