Location: Accra, Ghana – Spintex Area

Visnec is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to support our growing IT operations in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop and end-user technical support
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, software, printers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Perform basic Active Directory user administration
• Diagnose hardware and peripheral issues
• Document technical issues and resolutions
• Escalate advanced network and infrastructure issues when necessary

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, or related experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience
• Active Directory experience
• Good networking and troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally with customers
