Here at ViprTech, we are a fast growing pre-built e-commerce gaming computer company looking to add positive and productive members to our growing team. Our business goal is to help bring more pc gamers into our world and hobby without breaking the bank. This position is in person and does not offer any remote work.
Currently listed and needed is a full time customer service/technical support representative. Some general responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
receiving incoming phone calls and emails from current and potential customers
Assisting customers with technical support with proper and efficient troubleshooting steps
Handling support tickets, messages, and emails
Responding to customer messages through various platforms
Sending invoices for various customer situations
Handling customer returns and replacements
Testing computers, parts, and other hardware/software's
Handling, responding, and de-escalating any escalations properly and efficiently
Logging any damages, filing claims or disputes
Check in any incoming packages
Other general shop help
The person and teammate that would best suit this position would meet some of the following traits and requirements:
Have a strong passion for the tech and computer industry
Be able to lift up to 50lbs unaided
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Work efficiently in various work loads and paces
Be self reliant and sufficient
Be able to work well under pressure or during escalations
Be able to make consistent well thought judgement calls
Have strong organizational skills
Be punctual, eager to work, and display a positive attitude
Have reliable transportation
Have a flexible schedule
Work well at a desk and on your feet
Work well alone and with a team
Already has a strong understanding of Windows 10, general computer hardware/software, aware of current general technical issues and solutions.
