Five questions worth asking about your company’s digital marketing
1. Do you know which channels are actually generating leads, not just traffic?
2. Does leadership share the same definition of what digital success looks like?
3. Is your website connected to your CRM in a way that tracks what happens after someone fills out a form?
4. Do you have a real content strategy, or just a posting schedule?
5. Do your digital efforts improve over time, or does it feel like you're starting over every year?
