Free Meals for the Community

On March 22 at the Willow Event Center in Conway, Arkansas, the doors will open at 2:30 PM, and you don’t want to miss the fellowship.

This event is all about community — coming together, breaking bread, and sharing time with one another.

I’ll be there selling my artwork and taking photos, and I’m excited to be part of something that pours so much back into the people around us.

If you missed Plates of Purpose last year, this is your chance to experience it. I’ve put together a carousel of photos I took from the event last November so you can get a feel for what it was like — the energy, the people, and the love that filled the room.

Now let me say this: I wasn’t asked to do this, but I felt led to.

Half of the profits from the art I sell at the event will go right back into supporting this effort so we can help feed even more families.

That’s what community is about.

Let’s keep showing up for one another.

Sang or Serve: Gospel Karaoke was on fire Sunday night.

I don’t even know where to start.

The event reached its goal — plus a bonus donation to the UCA Gospel Choir! Amen to that 🙌🏾

Somebody definitely had to get saved at the Willow Event Center… because everybody CAME with it. When I say gifted? They SANG for real.

I’m not even sure video would do it justice. But let’s talk about that food for a second. I think my little cousin almost slapped her mama after eating those wings. She didn’t… but I know she thought about it 😂

I haven’t heard the UCA Gospel Choir sing since I was in college, and let me tell you — we need to find out where they’re singing next. The energy in that room was unmatched. So many powerhouse voices under one roof.

I pray these images give you a glimpse of what you missed — or at least a taste of the moments that were created.

Thank you to the host for allowing me to capture such a beautifully planned event. And shoutout to everyone working behind the scenes — it never goes unnoticed.

Self-Love: A Discovery

Inspired by the song “Take Care” by Kirby, Self-Love: A Discovery explores the quiet tension between caring for others and neglecting oneself. Created during a season of personal and professional strain, the work reflects a return to stillness—where self-awareness, emotional honesty, and restoration emerge.

Unplanned details within the piece mirror the song’s themes, allowing viewers to interpret their own relationship with self-care, responsibility, and identity. The work serves as a visual reminder that stewardship begins within—and that self-care is not selfish, but necessary.

Shoutout to for always pushing me to create more art. I pray this encourage and inspires someone as they navigate into the new year.

Marriage is more than a moment—it’s a reflection.

Taking anniversary photos for family hits different.

This shoot was done on ._smith & one-year wedding anniversary this month, and seeing them dressed up stirred something deep in me. Yeah—- I had to hold those tears back for real. Helping my cousin and his bros with their ties, watching the calm confidence and the smiles—the moments came together beautifully.

Seeing a young couple a year into marriage, still choosing one another, reminded me of what marriage is meant to reflect—Christ and the Church. A reminder of God’s goodness and design.

It was an honor to capture not just my family, but a living example of love, covenant, and faith.
