I started my business back in 2002 and then I moved down here to Texas from Chicago and restarted it back up in 2012 just after my second son was born.
After my first son, Gavin was born in '10 I worked for a couple of different companies and I was going out of town quite a lot and I felt like I had missed too much of his first couple of years and so I restarted the business back up in' 12 right after my second son, Gunnar was born to ensure that I wouldn't miss any more of those days and that I'd be writing my own schedule.
Over these last 11 years my relationship with the boys has flourished into something that has been so incomprehensible to me and unequivocally unparalleled throughout my life. I feel so blessed to have this relationship with being able to go all in as a single Dad and embracing every moment. I can clearly see the effects of the amount of love, affection, and attention that the boys receive from me in the strength of our bonds and the respect that they hold for me. I'm so excited for what the future holds for us and how far our relationship will go.
All this time I've been so thankful for the business for facilitating this lifestyle but I've learned over the last few years that it's not the business, it's my customers that have helped facilitate this lifestyle that I've taken on and that appreciation is so deep in my heart that it's clearly seen in the quality of my work and my customer attentiveness.
In all my years of running my business I've NEVER once dished out a bad deal/work or had a complaint that I didn't address and take care of. My customers mean the world to me and my family. Every job that I do with a new customer I try to connect with them on a personable as well as a professional level. I not only try to bring a little technological shine to their homes and businesses but I also try to put a little shine on their heart by touching them with mine. It's easy for my customers to see the amount of respect and appreciation that I have for them.
My business has solely been ran off of word-of-mouth, referrals, Friends, and Facebook. I have never paid for any kind of marketing besides for business cards. A chunk of my business comes from my Facebook friends and I just want you all to know how much I appreciate the work that you have given me over the years and the work that you had referred to your friends and family.
Thank you so much for supporting my business. My family and I appreciate it more than anything❤️
