Our Customers hire us to Perform the Pre-work that must be done by unboxing the equipment / system, Placing the VizRt TriCaster / VizRT 3P2 Live systems on the bench. We then connect everything up, test all the Connections input / output etc.
We then install the most recent build of Software / Firmware. We create a Template Session and Optimize & Configure the Live Systems for the clients Workflows whether that is HD-SDI, HDMI, or IP Workflows such as NDI 6.3 or Dante.
This Pre-Work confirms and Makes Sure that the Client's Systems that we Build are Ready to Go Live!
Sometimes as a Technical Director, you only have One chance in a Live Situation to do it Right! The Pre-work Must be done in order to be Prepared for any situation during a Live Broadcast Media Production.
We then can go On-Site and Install the Live Systems in the Racks and Work in Concert with the IT engineering folks to Support our customers on the LAN / WAN in order to Output to Live Broadcast Media outlets such as ESPN Plus, Social Media Sites like You Tube, Facebook, Linked in etc.
Once the LAN / WAN has been configured & deployed with the Help of the IT folks as every network is different, we can begin Training of the Live Sports Broadcast Media Production Technical Directors Team on the Proper Uses / Best Practices of the VizRT TriCaster and VizRT 3P2 Ten channel Slow Motion Instant Replay Systems in a Live Sports Situation. In this case, We Supported this NCAA team for Baseball in their Press Box. They Loved the fact that we could come On-Site to Perform the Training of their half dozen Technical Directors Baseball Production Team!
