We are thankful for the dedication of CIS Secure’s Anthony Kavanaugh and the Mission Assurance Team supporting the Army’s evolving counter-UAS mission at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.

The Feed Fairfax 5K on May 2 was a huge success and CIS Secure was proud to sponsor! Over 650 participants covered more than 1200 miles and packed 21,000 meals on race day. The event raised more than $56,000 which will provide more than 50,000 meals for students in Fairfax County Public Schools.

A new Inspector General report found that the Department of Homeland Security's intelligence office left smartphones used by its ~800 employees significantly vulnerable — with high-risk apps, reused passcodes, and devices lacking proper configurations for international travel.

76% of apps on those devices posed security risks. On phones that could carry law enforcement sensitive information.
