What do you do?
Where do you do it?
How do I contact you?
Everything else comes after that.
Most visitors aren't reading every page.
They're scanning.
If they can't answer those three questions quickly, they'll often leave and continue their search elsewhere.
The businesses that win online aren't always the best businesses.
They're often the easiest to understand.

Can a complete stranger answer those three questions in 10 seconds?
