A year ago today, the staff of the Craterian gathered to discuss the fact that, due to a new coronavirus of pandemic proportions, the show we had just rehearsed and would open in two days, the Teen Musical Theater of Oregon’s (TMTO) production of Children of Eden, would have to be postponed for 10 days. Little did we know. So, here we are, one year later, with a capacity restriction of 50 in our 750-seat venue. What does the future hold for us now, we wonder? The truth is, one day to the next none of us ever knows the answer to that question. All we can do is plan and try, pivot and adapt, as external forces change around us. But we are undaunted! Here at the Craterian, we’re booking shows for our '21-'22 season, and scheduling auditions for our next TMTO production, Into the Woods. Whatever form that show ultimately takes, it will once again be a testament to the triumph of the human will and spirit, because whatever the future imparts, on the Craterian stage, It’s Life. Don’t Miss It.
