Every journy has stepping stones
Sometimes I wonder how I even ended up in audio. When I think back as far as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with sound and music. My name is Tony Flammia and I’m the Co-Principal of Systech Marketing. I’ve had to take quite a few steps to get here.
I love the look on the customers face when the job is complete and all of our efforts are paying off. That’s why I had no reservations to sell my 10 year old integration company and take a position with PreSonus Audio. I have always had a passion to help contractors design and commission audio systems so taking this job allowed me to do just that.
I ran the commercial division for 5 years before PreSonus decided they wanted to get out of commercial audio. I did a couple installations to keep me afloat and worked with EAW on some demos. I really fell in love with EAW products, but even more with the people behind the products. EAW helped me out when I was looking for work and in-turn, this opportunity developed.
Shorty after, I received a call from a competitor, turned customer, turned friend, named Marty Jones. He said he was just recently laid off. I was pretty shocked because Marty was no ordinary audio guy.
