Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs changed how we understand human motivation.

You can't chase purpose when you're struggling to survive. You have to build in order: Survival → Safety → Belonging → Esteem → Self-actualization.

Business growth follows the same principle.
Introducing the Business Growth Hierarchy© :
Foundation → Basic business viability
Stability → Consistent operations and cash flow
Growth → Market positioning and revenue expansion
Acceleration → Scalable systems and team leverage
Elite Transform → Industry leadership and legacy

Each level requires different strategies, different systems, different priorities.

The problem with most business advice? It ignores levels. It hands a Foundation business an Elite playbook and expects results.
