Quickly about our electronic section, when printers don't sell, we don't make profit in that certain category. When we do sell printers, our profit it through the roof. The profit margin on printers carry the electronic category.

Between April & September, profit was below the target level consistently due to COVID-19. Total loss of profit was $-5,195. With the worst month being July, we drill into July. Only having $580 net profit & a loss of $2,718. We notice majority of the loss margin came from phone orders, perhaps 1 or 2 phones weren’t fulfilled. Also, furniture has a 98% loss margin over the the span of March to September. I would suggest that we minimize inventory orders on Furniture and use that money to order more of or better our better selling items, ie. Printers. There are other products that outsell printers but printers have the highest profit margin. Through all and all, after a rough patch due to COVID-19, we are picking our sales back up and getting back to our target monthly sales!

Switzerland is a key Country to watch in this Sales Analysis!

Yes, we can see that The United States is the leading provider each and every month. In August(8), Switzerland is the 2nd leading provider and that is also the only time that Switzerland crossed the Top 5 Market leaders. So what happened in Switzerland that caused a peak in their sales in August?

For marketing, Spain has potential to be the Worldwide leader. Out of Spain’s 5 customers, Euro Shopping Channel carries the group with 858K sales out of the 1.1M Nationwide sales. If their other 4 customers purchase as much as Euro Shopping Channel, it could strengthen Company overall sales as well as make them a location mecca for the Company.

Due to extensive analysis, we can confirm that California is the home of this business because in California, there were 40M cash orders(circa 75%) of its total sales. it also has the most sales just under New York(0.82M cash orders in its state sales). Other states have cash orders but are travelers from those states.

We can also detail that although the Stole in the worldwide leading seller, it only leads in sales in 3 states: Virginia, Alabama, and Mississippi. It is important to point out that Mississippi accounts for 140M of the 250M US Stole sales. So although the product doesn’t lead in 95% of the states, it still is the The United States leader.

So if there were to be a marketing campaign, I would either Target those 3 states only with this product or I would use another product to market that has better success throughout the entire The United States. The Hankerchief would be a great replacement as it leads in sales in 85% of the United States
